DressLily - Dress To Impress

Dresslily has been my go-to for dresses for about 6 years. It's by far the most reasonably priced fashion app to shop from. I'm a sucker for vintage, and usually, it comes with a price. Dresslily always has coupons, deals, offers, and rewards that make it possible for me to wear the styles I love! I always get compliments on my dresses whenever and wherever! I never had any issues with shipping and never had to send anything back; their sizes and size chart are pretty accurate. That says a lot.

Cute dresses, great prices- nice app. I've placed 3 orders with Dress Lily and each order has come quickly with high quality clothes. On my most recent order, one dress was the wrong size and one dress was just not flattering on me. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved very quickly. They have a huge variety of styles from costumey/holiday to daily and work clothes to date night dresses. I'll be buying lots more dresses from here.

I made a 48 dollar purchase for two dresses, and never received it, saying they couldn't find me. (even though I made two different orders with them before and they found me just fine) I tryed contacting customer support but they said they'd give me only 17 dollars! Back or they could reship for 38 dollars! They said it was my fault! Don't shop with these people, you'll regret it.

I ordered two dresses on January 29th and they have been in Alaska since February 9th. I was originally fine to wait I was just concerned why it wasn't moving. They have no idea and FedEx said THEY have to file any reimbursement request since they are the shipper. The customer service people are extremely dismissive and refuse to help me in any way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

While I have limited experience with the app, it appears to emulate the website quite well, and seems very usable. The products from this store are almost always as described, and when they are not they have been good about providing refunds and/or replacements without a hassle. I recommend this site for anybody who likes quirky clothes at a reasonable price.

I love the pics. Size is some times an issue because I like the outfit ideas just not able to get them together. Like the coupons and gift opportunities.

I'm not too sure about the app itself, as I have not used it, but Dresslily as a company and a clothing resource is great! I love their clothes and everything always looks great on me! Highly recommended!

Shipping took forever although I did receive items that I ordered and I am fairly happy with them they could be better quality but for the price I'm definitely going to enjoy wearing these out and feel fabulous I love this app hopefully I don't have any problems with shipping in the future.

I had spent over $200 and they said that my packages where delivered to my front door. I never got my stuff and they won't be giving me all of my money back. I will not be ordering from them again, they do have amazing clothes and good deals but sadly I won't be going there again

Omg! The items from this app are amazingly beautiful! Especially if your into the sugar skulls! I purchased 4 items from here. No lie, yes it did take alot longer then I expected but I did receive my stuff. And I'm infatuated with my things.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. I love the styles at an affordable price. Use your measurements and the size chart to find your size to ensure the proper fit. Highly recommend!!

App is use less. Doesn't let me put in an address for shipping no matter what I do. Contacted support and received no help. Very unsatisfied.

ABSOLUTLY LOVE. True to size, fast delivery, everything is cute AF and it's NOT overpriced. You can afford their stuff.

This app is good, as is the Dresslily site; shopping's great; most items are LOW price & high quality, & there's also member loyalty points (mostly rewarding upon installing app)... Apart from few glitches including difficulty resolving issues/customer service (ONLY on occasion), & areas needing improvement, mostly due to rare payment issues & slow responses, I rate this about 7/10 for user-friendliness :)

Always have good deals and I love the styles they offer on their app. And they offer pretty much any size you could need. The have plus size clothes down to a small. They surpringly also carry some men's clothing too. In my opinion it's very affordable and cute.

The fashion is always very cute, and it's easy to navigate. The plus size section is easy to find, but there's no way to filter by size. I was hoping to purchase something, but struggled to find anything I looked at to be in stock for my size. I can't filter out the options that are sold out at all, so I'm forced to look at each item, pick my size, find out it's sold out, and then rinse and repeat 40x until I give up. An option to sort by available sizes would be fantastic.

I love all the cute styles they have! I've found so many cute clothing items here when normally I'd have to search high and low to find more than one thing that I felt fit my personal style! My only criticism: it's rather irritating that there's no way to see (in the app, not so on the website it seems to be fine) if a particular item has different color options without clicking on the item -I feel I've spent entirely too much time checking to see if something comes in different colors

Above and beyond any expectations I had for an online store app. It can take a few weeks for your order to arrive, but if any point you need to communicate with the service team, they are easily found and dedicated to timely and accurate responses. The method of communication can be a bit cumbersome and confusing, but I do find it very useful in keeping everything organized (once you understand it; similar to c#/forums). The app itself is very user friendly and easy to circumnavigate.

It's the one place I can order clothes online, they show up and actually fit me which is nice.

I think they have some cute clothes, but also mostly everything kind of has a certain theme. Drapey tank tops and shirts, giving me middle aged live laugh love mom energy. Also the super cute clothes are barely in stock or not in plus size. But the hoodies are super cute, also a lot of holiday clothing... Too much holiday clothing...

I'm not only upset but disgusted at what was actually sent to me today from my order back on the 10th. Not a single item that I ordered was delivered. The sizing is WAY off. They say a size 14 is a 3X when in reality it's a size 20/22. I'll NEVER order from them again.

Lovely and simple to use app, navigation is easy to do through the whole app weather it be looking for items or asking questions.

I purchased from this app 1 time and while their clothes were BEAUTIFUL and very affordable, they never shipped the clothes and when asked they said it was due to Chinese new year. Which I understand and asked for a refund so I could purchase another time. They claimed to have sent a refund but it has been 2 years and I have not seen a single penny of my money back. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I think the app was easy to use. I liked the favorite list that you could add items to. I love that this app/store sells plus size. Sometimes it's hard buying online for bigger people but I took the plunge on this one and bought a bathing suit. It was the best decision ever, not only did I have a lot of options to choose from but it fit perfect and is now my favorite swimsuit I have ever owned.

I think this is one of the most reliable online clothing stores out there. I have always been sceptical about buying things online, but within this last year dresslily is the only online store I trust. Although some items aren't as described or too big, most of the time what I ordered is what I get. Great quality material and bright colours. And even if it isn't up to scratch, the customer service is so good, very quick response. Overall a great experience shopping here.

I received my order and am surprised at the quality of the dresses for a foreign clothing online only company. Definitely boosted my confidence a bit! I haven't dealt with customer service much because I recieved my products and was satisfied so I cant really say much about their customer service! But overall not bad and I'm looking to make another purchase soon. Also the app Is pretty easy to navigate However there are tons of push notifications but that can easily be taken care of in settings.
