Just passed #100 on the app and received a badge. I have not received badges for attending DE events nor for other achievements and there is no troubleshooting available through the app. It would be helpful for there to be a gauge or checklist to see how close I am to achieving other badges. Also, cannot connect to social media apps and I am unable to share socially my experiences. There are also new cigars that have been added to the DE lineup (CI Black, Factory Smokes) that do not have logins. Also, if there was a way to update the DE Lounges, Retailers, etc. - there are two establishments that are within 10 miles of me that have gone out of business over the past year. I do appreciate the social connectivity with fellow DE advocates, and the chance to win DE swag with points. It is also a good way to track cigars smoked (maybe add a place for people to put reviews on each cigar to help new people learn more about them?)
No longer works well with Android bc they haven't updated the app. Also, customer support isn't responding to help request in the app. If you have a new android you will not be able to log anything as new pictures can't be uploaded.
Looks like a great app for the different cigars, however, the main interaction doesn't work as you cannot upload photos. Hoping for an update.
The app hasn't been updated since 2016 why even bother with a beta program. I know Drew Estate has plenty of resources to do so and hire an adequate developer to oversee the development of this app. I know a lot of us patrons would totally dig better performance of this app or an online option.
I use to love interacting with the people in this app. I have smoked several Drew Estate related cigars and have been unable to upload a picture or use the app to take a picture. Is there an update coming soon I hope. I'd give it 5 stars again if it gets back to working normal again
Was so excite to use this app and get going, but I can't use it. I cannot log any cigars as it requires a picture and I get access denied when trying to take a picture or load one from my gallery.
Upgraded my phone to an S21. I am unable to post the cigars I enjoy to the Drew Estate community. The app worked perfectly with the S7 I had.
Great app for DE fans! Frustruating downside: It is not working with Android right now. Customer service has yet to respond. Disappointed

Worked great until I upgraded my.phone to the Note20 Ultra. App needs to catch up.

Big fan of DE, but can't sign up for an account as the birth year portion of the account creation page only goes to 1995. people born in 98 are turning 21 now, guys.

Love you guys but please update the app soon. In the past few months it has become increasingly difficult to log cigars; various error messages, app just closing out, freezing, etc. Also, there are some cigars that DE has released in the last year that do not appear on the app, so we can't log 'em. Thanks Team!
A year later and still many skus missing from system. Multiple comments to support all responded with, " we're in process of updating...". Given I'm reading a PR letter from Glenn Wolfson announcing the site, tempted to write him and Jonathan a letter about this. Total embarrassment for the brand.
If you're on any social media cigar groups this is completely redundant of that. App is glitchy, delete account button doesn't work, etc. Only the die hard DE fans will want this.
Love this app. Set up was easy and I am logging in all of my Drew Estate cigars. Looking forward to the new cigar releases and news.
Love the app for finding cigar events near me. Unfortunately not all of the DE cigars are available to be logged. Yesterday I had a new Joya Silver and it is nowhere to be found

I entered a valid email address and the app will not accept it. Bummer, I would have liked to check it, but can't.

Forces user to create an account. I immediately uninstalled. These apps are junk. Cigars are good.
After my phone forced an update on me I was logged out of the Drew Diplomat app. I couldn't remember my password and requested a password reset (said it could take up to 24 hours). I waited two days and never got an e-mail to reset my password. I sent an e-mail to the address listed for Help but haven't heard back from that one either after another two days. The support for this app appears to be non-existent.
