Latest update just sucks.. Not able to use drift via my phone.. Conversation is not getting integrated into the Salesforce, it's taking ages.. Totally disappointed
The app has a nice clean User-friendly Design which is Intuitive and Minimalistic. By abstracting many of the complexities, the setup as well as the general usage of the app, has a nice flow. This app has a lot of potential, and the strong team behind it. Incorporating all major communication pillars as part of your foundation, is pretty amazing. However this also would indicate you have much bigger plans in the works. I look forward to seeing what you guys come up with next.
The live chat app sucks. For mobile. It doesn't show notifications. When you get a new message. Replying to a message seems to work instant.. But getting a reply doesn't show. You need to get out of the conversation and go back in so it can reload the conversation with the new message from the potential client.
App crashing in android 12... After last update... Please fix it.
edit: just found the shoetcut by longpressing. 5 stars now cheers. It's a good reporting app to manage your conversations. Two problems I have: 1. The main things I do are responding and closing conversations. But closing takes me 4 taps (6 to get back to the overview again). Please add a close conversation shortcut, that would be so handy. 2. Quite often I get a bug, that there are "minus" open conversations. e.g. "-3 Open Conversations" i need to restart the app after that.
It pretty easy to assist customer
Visually barebone, but fully functional app that allows you to answer your drift chat conversations from anywhere. The app's UI could scale a bit better (fonts, buttons...)
Great app for Business! But please check this. I don't seem to get my notifications again on mobile. App doesn't work in the background as before. If I minimize the app and open it again it tries to reload as if it wasn't connected to the internet. Please fix and you'll get a 5 ๐
Very easy user experience. I dont like the fact that youre not able to change the away message through the app. Also when a user visits and youre not around, there should be some way to still get the visitors details.
Long time paid plan user and cannot be more upset with the frequency with which drift publishes unannounced updates that literally break our companies entire support flow, frustrating customers and wasting our time. They removed tags from showing up in chat windows. They broke an entire mobile app version. They constantly have things fail to update after saving. messages constantly get lost. contacts are impossible to delete (I was literally told to put a "0" in place of data I wanted to erase)
This is extremely frustrating for me. I need to have reports for my playbook performance, make quick changes to the bot flow to keep up with promos and often I need to do this on the go from a phone. And I can't do this because when you try to login from mobile it redirects you here
Conversations might not load immediately but definitely doesn't stop me from sending messages. A 4 star because, when a message is not sent, there is no notification or indication it has not been sent until you realise later. Other than that, I am enjoying drift๐๐
Had issues with notifications, also very cumbersome to select a saved reply or assign a tag via mobile as you have to scroll through all of them. Also, talked with their support once, and everyone the app keeps prompting me the old conversation I had with Drift's support rep.
Since recent updates it's no longer possible to copy and past email addresses from customers chats on mobile devices, this is extremely frustrating when trying to respond with follow up emails. Please fix.
Super effective and reliable!
I don't know how is Drift so popular inspite of having so many bugs. The most important part of a chat app is notification. And Drift does a horrible job there. Several notifications get missed in mobile app and desktop app.
Great, clean app. Sometimes doesn't connect, doesn't yet have all the settings which are available on desktop.
This app is good but the programers should work on it to show when customer is in the website not till he or she chat online support before you will notice that person is in the website. Secondly the notification is poor and they should allow us choose tone to use the one provided is poor.
Such a great way to keep yourself close and reachable anytime and anywhere to your market. Even the free plan is great. Mobile app is superb and works brilliant.
Nees any information? just go to their website and try the "Chat". I was amazed by their support and help. Never got any help like this before online. They keep helping me even though I'm not using any paid packages.! And this whole 'Drift Chat' is so good and easy to use. RECOMMENDED AF!
Unable to get a notifications from this app.
It's a nice app for business to client, easy to navigate and prompt notifications too.
Not comparable to any chatbot around. Excellent customer care, premium features top to bottom, and a dashboard with UI characteristics to make a savvy gamer take notice.
awesome for sales reps and lead response time. I use the app when out for coffee and a new lead or account I've been emailing hits our site. I can chat in and drop my calendar right there and we have a demo set for 2 hours later. no follow up needed :)
Drift is awesome.. I've added the tool to one website and it's generated so many conversations. We are not for profit, but if we were, this is certainly an engagement tool I would recommend.
brought smiles to people's face when I asked them personally visit my website and then drift chat popped up with my custom message. excellent integration. I recommend to anyone who wants to add customer care to their website.
The app is very helpful when receiving messages when I'm away from the office/desk. I also find it very handy as an additional notice that there is a new message
Apple store works well with this app. it doesn't even give you a notification and I have done the latest update. no point having drift if you use android.
Great app to connect with leads on our digital portal. We love it, however, lately the notification or pop-up on my phone has not been working on my phone as expected.
