After logging in to this secure site and adding your information you will be taken to the main menu page.
There you will be give the options to access the following:
• Add a Member- You will be able to add all Members of the plan in your family.
• My Doctor – This simply lists all the general info. About your Doctor such as:
* Your doctor’s name, address, phone numbers, hours of operation and maps to help you get to their office.
* My Insurance –Your Medicaid ID number and phone number.
• My Vital Data – includes your personal information:
* Medications
* Lab results
* Recent visits
* Shot records
• Change/Add Member – Gives you the option to change or add a new Member.
• Urgent Care Centers – Provides a list of doctors in your area including their address, phone numbers, hours of operation and maps.
• My Messages- Displays any incoming message.

This app is never updated with each of my kids doctor visits. I havnt recieved any of the gift cards for their wellness check ups. Nor the gift card for signing up and adding this app. Does not even show their show their immunization records at all. I may just delete this app within a week if its not fixed asap.
i absolutely love the DHP app. i was honestly surprised at the amount of info it gave me from previous doctors visits.
Would give zero stars. Worst freaking app ever. COMPLETELY USELESS. Won't even let me see my details.
Can't find a way to reset my password. Even called Driscoll and they couldn't help me.
i was able to add my sons but its not letting me add my daughter i called insurance plan 211 and another department to try and get help and got no where info on app isn't very helpful

Nearly useless app. It IS useless if you have a member card. It says you can "manage" your account. If looking at info that you cannot change or edit in any way means "managing" your account, then I need to relearn that definition.
Not very useful or helpful. None of the information is ever updated. Also there is no where or instructions on how to claim the $25 gift card promised to members that download the app. I liked the idea of accessing most if not all my medical information on an app but it seems like the it was poorly executed.
