Now with login capabilities, Mopar® Owner Connect users are able to login to their accounts and receive information on their own vehicle, including viewing recalls, service contract status, suggested upcoming maintenance based on your mileage and viewing and recording your vehicle’s maintenance records. All you have to do is login, scan your VIN number, or select your Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or FIAT® vehicle(s) and enjoy the ride.
This app requires access to the following device and user information:
- Identity: We access identity information to allow you to automatically sign in if you select “Remember Me” at login and to utilize the Visual Search tool.
- Location: We access your location to allow you to search for dealerships and repair shops, to capture your location for accident reports and to utilize the parking reminder tool.
- Phone: We access your phone to allow you to call phone numbers by simply tapping on them within the app.
- Photos/Media/Files and Camera: We access your camera and photos to allow you to customize your profile and to add images to accident reports.
Features include:
- Support for owners of select 2011-2015 model year Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram, SRT® or Fiat® vehicles.
- Login for Mopar® Owner Connect users to access information specific to their vehicle, including:
• Access to Mopar® Owner Connect profile information.
• A vehicle maintenance section, allowing users to view upcoming maintenance (based on mileage), view dealer and non-dealer maintenance/service records, and record maintenance within the app.
• Recall information, detailing recalls on all associated vehicles.
• Information on the status of any associated service contract.
- Visual Search tool, allowing users to understand warning indicators on their dashboard in real-time, with no more effort than holding their device over the warning light.
- An Accident Assistant which provides users the ability to document and track accident details on their mobile device and locate certified Chrysler repair shops.
- Vehicle information such as operating instructions, warning and indicator lights, inspection and maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures, all easily accessible using categories, bookmarks, search and an A-Z index.
- Handy utilities including a parking reminder and dealer locator.
- Access to brand lifestyle information, including social media networks, brand heritage, and parts and accessories for your vehicle.

is going to work. The dealer praised this app but I don't think they have tried to use it. I called Swanty's in Bullhead City, AZ., and the salesman that fave me the info and praised this app said he would get back to me. 3 weeks have passed and of course no word from him. I guess once they have your money their end of the relationship is over. I know it's only an app BUT what a shame.
After i put in my vehicle info it takes me to a black page with 0% in the middle THATS IT(what does that even mean). Wheres all the other helpful information. Its why I downloaded it.
Works flawlessly with my '16 Charger. Had all the manuals and info needed. Obviously works with more than specified years in description. Never had any connection problems on any launch attempt. Would be better if the UConnect app was integrated with this however. Still good concept.
I would have given 4 stars; however, I have been unable to use the app for some time now due to the app being unable to connect with the sever. I really liked the app and found it very useful when it did work. If fixed, I will change to 4 stars.
As so many others report, all it does is try to connect to a server that doesn't seem to be there.
It keeps saying it can't connect to the server. Same problem as the last version. Don't waste your time. Seems like I should have bought a Ford.
Disappointed that it is unable to connect and therefore of no use. Will check with the dealership which is very accommodating.
Not all that useful, especially compared to apps from some other car manufacturers.
Same issues as it seems everyone else is having. Good idea if it worked!
I always get a connection failure
It was an awesome app until it stopped working....haven't been able to connect to a server for months!
Does anyone else's vin number come up different than the car you have? The app says I have a Hellcat.

Every time I try to use tissue app for my dodge I get a message that will say that it can't connect with the Internet.

Great information in one app, I wished they keep updating this app to make it more efficient. It always tells me it can not connect and I'm sure my Internet is fine because all of my other apps open correctly. I hope every car brand have a similiar app.
Can not connect to server
I have never been able to log in. It always says server not available or unable to connect to server. I received a fancy card with my new 2016 Dodge advertising this app but apparently the company doesn't care about it. I have also noticed multiple other users with the same issue! Very disappointed with this experience.
Unable to connect to server going on a month now. Have reached out to several different email addresses as well as the contact for the store page. No response whatsoever. Either the entire department dedicated to the app was fired, or they are actively ignoring their customers and hoping the problem will fix itself. Love my car, despise this pathetic attempt at an app.
This app showed promise but it does not deliver. First, it doesn't connect to the server anymore. But if it did, the content is shallow and superficial. It provides easy access to manuals and videos, but otherwise it is just a way to order merchandise or schedule a test drive. I wish Dodge took more pride in this app. Or at the least maintain it.
I guess management and customer service doesn't read feedback for this app. It worked fine for several months and quit connecting to the server. I had information saved from manual service entries and can't access any of them or add anything since. Please fix this issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unable to register new account. I would love to use this app, but EVERY time I try to register my email address, it fails.
Have never been able to log in, get a server error every time, same as everyone else it seems. Dealer raved about this app, guess they haven't tried using it
Loved this app! Then I got a new phone, downloaded it again and now it just keeps telling me that it "Cannot connect to server"
Downloaded app just a few moments ago...cannot connect to server. Will give it to tomorrow night, and then it gone if its not working
