So I changed my review, had to uninstall and reinstall and was able to log on. Only gave 3 because all the functions don't always work, even before the update. It is okay though, use to keep track of my services.

Have to give permission for the app to access personal info & files yet not only does it not show pertinent info regarding make/model it Errors when trying to download the owner's manual. Wasted time & energy results in an immediate Uninstall. Do Better Dodge.

Takes way to long to login. When I tried to make an appointment the app wouldn't let me select a dealer by tapping on the map. When I did select a dealer, the website link didn't do anything & tapping on directions said "your phone doesn't support Google maps" which is not true. I have a brand new phone and use Android auto Google maps all the time.

The app won't even open past the screen where it warns you not to use it while driving

Data never saves. Constant log in. I have to constantly input service log over and over. Terrible app. Useless to have.

Dealership Terrible! The vehicle was listed with UConnect and all the bells and whistles. Come to find out it had next to none. We complained, so they took the vehicle to have a back up camera put in it. Still none of the other accessories, such as GPS, bluetooth, etc. The camera install was subcontracted out. It just stop working about 6 months later.

App does not work properly. Company does not care, after contacting many times. Developer contact does not work (not surprising). Could be good if they hire new Developers who knew something, and cared enough to fix. Are customers important enough to fix issues? Really deserves no stars. The App itself, if working, would be great, if it worked.

Won't let me sign in....constantly crashes. Used to work, but hasn't for a good while now.

App keep crashing when i try to open tabs in app like my Garage, also per this app I'm still not the owner of my car. When will the app being fixed? Called customer service, nice, trying to be helpful but , nothing changed. App is still crashing when I try to access my vehicles. Please fix !!!!!! App is fixed and work fine, customer service called also to check , plus they send me an email. Thank you for the great response and fast fix.

Password entering is wonky. Says must be btween 8 and 16 characters and contain both letters and numbers. I tried five different passwords before it found one it would accept even though I was following the criteria. Other than that it didnt give me enough time to BE on the app before asking for my opinion. May change later as I am on it more.

What little functionality this app has doesn't work. I've been struggling with tech support for a month to get the maintenance schedule to work and it still doesn't. When the app prompted me for feedback, it took me to a form then froze up without me being able to provide my feedback.

I love dodge as a company, but I got my 2016 dodge dart from golden oldies, and my navigation system doesn't work, granted I don't really need it, but this is my first car, I kinda want it to be perfect. There's no hard reset or anything I can do to fix it. I love this car, but the nav system is the only thing not working for me

Overall, this app is very convenient. I can access information on my vehicle including the owners manual and check service records and recommend service at certain milage so I know what to expect when getting maintenance done. It has my dealership information and am able to update my service myself for any maintenance I do on my own. The reason for only three stars is the app crashes often when the log-in button is hit and I wish this would get fixed.

Worthless, horrible app and this doesn't reflect well on Dodge. I installed app, I clicked register account, then the app said, "check your email to create account", I checked my email and clicked the link in the email that said, "continue account registration" and I got a message that said ....server unavailable. Went back tried clicking link in the email again and it said "link expired, link valid for 72 hours", I had just received and clicked it a minute before.

Cannot log in! Error message states there was an error sending your data, please try again. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Cleared my cache and cookies, even tried to reset pwd. Also emailed app developer with no response. This is terrible!

Great app to learn more about Your Mopar Ride along with the ability to keep records for maintenance etc! Love the service records section that not only shows what items were done by a Dodge Dealer, but also You can add work performed by both Yourself And an independent mechanic! Update: Great that the app size is reduced ! What I really am concerned with is Why so many permissions asked for by the app.

Easy, simple, useful. This app has been my companion since we bought our Journey. I track maintenance and repairs, refer to the manual on the go, and log mileage. Its much betfer than logging mikeage in the manual itself.

So far so good for a Dodge Durango RT! Couple things I've noticed are that the app states there's a recall and when I check, that recall has apparently been completed. I'll check in with my dealer when I take it in for service. Also, I have taken my truck in for service before, simple oil change, but for some reason it doesn't state that info in there. I think I can input that in there on a later time.

When you have service done at Dodge dealership they put in the wrong information and you have no way to change it. I replaced a rim and front tires and had a 4 wheel alignment done. On the app it states I had engine work done! I have contacted the customer care number provided and been basically told there is nothing that can be done. I am being told it's 3rd party vendor that inputs the information. And even then they can only change mileage?!? Seriously that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Whatever the case I am very disappointed. I have bought Dodge all my life but this will be the last one. If I could give this zero stars I would.

This app is useless to anyone with a phone that is less than 4 years old. I have not be able to sign in to the app because my phone is a galaxy note 9 and your system is not updated. Could you update it you have alot if outdated phone there

Won't let me view maintenance records on one of my vehicles. It says I'm not the registered owner so I've been emailing back and forth with customer support which hasn't been any help. I've been the registered owner since 2017. Works great for my other vehicle

IS ANYONE EVER GOING TO RESPOND TO THESE REVIEWS/MESSAGES?? I sent an email 2 weeks ago and multiple people have reviewed here with the same problems, yet no response. I would love to be able to use this app in the way it's supposed to be used, but I can't. Come on Dodge, get it together.

I used to use this app all the time and it was great and had no issues with it......but now I went to install it on my phone (Pixel 2 XL with Android 10) and the app crashes on the load screen

Unable to get passed entering my email to register. It keeps saying "There seems to be a problem. Re-enter your email and try again." I have deleted and installed the app several times and is up to date.

Keep sending notifications that my van is on recall list. One time I did get in and van was not on any list and now all it does is crash! This sucks!!! Unless!!!😡

This app sucks usually be great doesn't even keep track of your mileage every time you log in if you could have a log in without it crashing your mileage is never up-to-date horrible.

Nothing seems to work correctly. it could not locate a dealer even though I gave it permission to use my location. it could not locate my service manual and gave an error when I try to open it. it could not open my maintenance schedule and gave an error. I downloaded the my mopar companion app and had the same problems.
