Works well - tip function could do with some work. I've just used the app for the first time and expected it to work in a similar way to another on-demand taxi app - prompt me to tip the driver after the journey. But it seems not, you can only tip the driver before the journey is complete which is stupid, as I don't want to tip them until they've got me safely to my destination. Other than that, it seems to work well.

Twice today pre booked taxi,then when it was due had an extra hour to wait.wasnt informed of delays.not good enough when your needing and rely on taxis to go places.

My old card has expired so I need to add a new one. But it won't save. I can enter all the details but when you press the save button nothing happens. This is an awful app. It can't even find my address since it updated some months back. It feels like it's been deliberately made to be as bad as possible. Needs serious work or people will go elsewhere. Maybe that's what they want.

Pathetic excuse of an app. After trying to book a taxi via phone we were directed to use this app because we were 'out of areas'. The text field boxes do not fill in correctly, they over-write what you have already typed and leave blanks where they shouldn't be. There is no where to select a time to book your taxi, and to top it off, the payment page crashed. Ridiculously difficult to use and outrageous that we were told we could not book via phone which all other taxi companies offer.

The apps great, and 9 times out of 10 I dont have a issue, the only time I cant get a taxi is when I'm on kingswood, the job gets accepted then sent back, the drivers don't like coming this way, and it's getting to the point where I'm waiting 45 mins after I've booked the taxi to actually get a driver, so if your on kingswood don't bother, everywhere else is fine. Edit, also this has happened numerous of times, I've just had a job, accepted 3 times and sent back, fuming is a understatement now

This app is far much better than the original app, where it used to freeze or not work at all. I downloaded this app as soon as I was told about it & have experienced no issues with it, I use it every morning/afternoon to book a taxi to work.. I can see where the car is which comes in very handy & it also alerts me beforehand how long/far away the driver is, giving me time to get belongings together.. something the old app never did.

I love the app, being able to book my taxi on my phone is a great advantage however I have a problem with rude drivers. A lot of times I get drivers who are on their Bluetooth handsets having a full blown conversation (often in a foreign language) whilst driving their car, this is just rude and for a woman travelling on my own can be intimidating too! No excuse for rude drivers, however the app is great.

New update does not work very poor. This app was very good but not now.

Useless app! Every time I try to book a taxi it doesn't process it but the app says it has, I have to ring the office to actually get a taxi. App spends 10 minutes trying to find a driver but never actually does anything because no booking has been made. Drivers are late if you do manage to get one.

Complete waste of time. App changed the time my taxi was booked for so had to cancel last minute and was late for work. So much effort to do something that could be done with a not even one minute long phone call. Don't recommend this app at all.

Extremely unreliable! My daughter had pre booked a taxi days in advance for Saturday night, it never turned up and didn't show on the app, when she called the office she was told there was no one available to collect her for another hour! This was 2am in Hull! Needless to say I got a call from her at 3am asking me to make the 18 mile round trip to collect her! Reading other reviews on FB etc it seems Drive is extremely unreliable and always letting people down!

Can't fault it, has always had cars arrive on time and I use it often to work and back. Great drivers! App is super easy too. Plus you can tip the driver on the app.

This is the most terrible cab hailing app I have ever used. To make it worse the customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst of all. I added my card (biggest mistake ever), I called a cab, an estimate was deducted, the actual fare was lesser, balance was not returned. On another occassion, driver cancelled the trip, they already took money from my card, money not refunded. Called, sent emails, no solution! Absolute Gabbage!!! Actual rating is 0 stars.

This new app is difficult to use. I have been a Drive (Ride) user for many years, the change to apps was easier initially ,but this change is NOT easy at all. I find it difficult to prebook using my card payment. I could be leaving Drive if the booking service isn't improved.

Would be 5 star if the app showed the taxi registration number in addition to the driver's name in the app rather than having to also check text messages.

What a joke of a company avoid use public transport if possible you've more chance of that turning up on-time trust me lol

Taxis never show up on time and service is terrible. Very rarely get a polite driver and on numerous occasions our drivers have either not turned up or left with other people. Customer service never seems to be a priority. Extremely dissatisfied, only rating 1 star because anything lower is impossible.

This taxi firm is an absolute joke.. what is the point in a pre-booking app to PREBOOK a taxi in advance in order to give plenty of time but the taxi is still late on average 20 minutes every single time regardless of the time of day.. that is not prebooking... that is booking for whenever they feel like picking up the fare! Shocking service, shocking app!

Pre-booked and prepaid the ride through the app but the call centre managed my booking 10min before the desired arrival time. As a result they located a driver late and taxi arrived with 25min delay. Whats the point of prebooking if the call centre treats it as a spot call. What's the point of this app anyway? Just to see the taxi on a map? Worthless!!!

My issues are not with the app but with the company providing the service. In short, they don't provide a service. And if you take issue with that, they will turn very nasty, very quickly, and are spectacularly rude! Take my advice, choose another app!

Had the worst customer service, they are very rude and unwilling to help, cant pay through my credit card, you need to use airpay which has an additional cost. Even when I prebook the taxi 45mins ahead, I had to wait because they just created the ticket and when I rang customer service they just said it wont be long and just hang up!

Do not use to book in advance, it is not for pre booking. App will find a taxi at the time you wanted not before so if like myself you have an appointment to attend expect the taxi to be late enough that you can't go to it. Thanks and estimated £14-£16 turned into £19 don't know how that happens, still waiting for the fare to go back into my account as well.
