Not working anymore, crashing when try to add new vehicle or submit schedule. Please fix asap. Whole thing kind of sketchy to have to do this to get discount but if doesn't work you're out of luck. No options for teaching anyone from the App. Have to email support and wait . when it was working, it was ok. A little difficult to learn how to navigate app at first .

I think this app worked once since I installed it. it is absolutely terrible. It gives error codes when I try to start a HOV session and when I try to add a new vehicle. Completely useless... I guess they made it this way on purpose so they could make more money on the tolls! BRILLIANT.

error 2 unable to sign in. always something with this app. works maybe 50% of the time with frequent periods where the app doesn't work. I'm not sure if this is an android version problem as I haven't been able to log into the app for 2 weeks here but I was able to log in on my wife's iPhone after installing. tried reinstalling on my phone and still unable to log in.

I was able to sign in register my vehicle then when I tried to activate the account through my phone or email the activation link wouldn't work even if I tried to reset my password then try the activation reset option it never worked. They need to fix this. It's almost like they don't want you registering so they can charge you full price.

Take the hint. 11 reviews gave 5 stars and how many 1 stars is there?? This has been one of the most ridiculous experiences. Registering an account has been more difficult than it was to cancel my AOL subscription! Broken links, activation codes that don't work...No direct customer support! Seriously get it together!!! I'd like to give this a good review and take advantage of the discount. Seriously $4+ is a joke for tolls. I'm almost starting to believe this isn't even a real service.

More than half the time I can't login to register HOV trips. It really is a coin flip if this app will let you login when you need to. I couldn't be happier to see they are giving the HOV registration to another company- they may not be better, but they sure won't be worse

BAD User Experience - Poor Design - First off, why is this not integrated into the NTTA Toll Tag app? Second, why can you not copy/paste or import the activation code into the app? Third, why could my account "not be activated" - repeatedly? What is this mysterious Error Code 6 that is repeatedly keeping me from completing registration? Fourth, what idiot determined that the only way to qualify for HOV discounts is to register 15 minutes ahead of time? The whole point is to reduce congestion - make it simple and encourage people to use HOV. And finally, why in the world force people to USE THEIR CELL PHONE TO REGISTER FOR HOV LANES WHEN THEY MAY BE DRIVING? Texas, we expect better from you. As usual, the highway system disappoints.

pitiful app. multiple attempts to activate account unsuccessful. they don't tell you that you can't register account with email and phone number. must use only one or the other. multiple attempts to activate hov status unsuccessful. error codes.

its stupid that you have to activate hov status while you drive and every time you try to use the hov lane. and or have to schedule a time to receive a discount. after spending over $300 a month. , volume discounts should apply. period!

signed up, activated my account, did everything i needed to and still not recieving the discount and when i contacted them they only give a general response to open and activate the account. really don't want to give discounts do they.

I tried to register online before I try to register on the app I tried calling in to register and they tell your leave name and number and say they'll call you back that day I can't keep getting this bill cuz I believe in hwy 35 toll Express and 183 Express and why they don't have a direct number on the website I had to call NTTA in order to get that number and find out why I was getting this damn bill cuz I got a TollTag.

Bad experiences. Over charged for months because NO ONE tells u there is a toll road charge then a EXPRESS charge that is different. And no # to talk to anyone....

Can never get this app to add more than one vehicle. Support for this app has never been able to resolve the issue!!!

Worthless app. Needs to be integrated into the NTTA app. NO REASON FOR 2 APPS EXCEPT TO MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT.

Login after every new update is tedious. I have to remember when i get home to look it up an reenter.

Tried to get reset password several times. Reset password tap has been never activated after I entered SMS code and new password.

HOV does not work anymore. Samsung Galaxy s10+ error codes been this way for 2 months

I've read all the reviews how do you get a 2.2 rating that is way too high. app is a joke.. haven't had so much problems with with a app in my life
