It was a decent app as well as a decent company. You could rely on them. However since a week ago the app stopped working. You can no longer book taxis because your payment gets declined. This issue was raised to the company when ordering over the phone but a week later nothing changed. This is very inconvenient as in this day and age we carry less and less cash and when you get no notice of this unavailablility, and find out on the end of your journey it really complicates matters.
Liked this until they changed the payment. They take £16 out regardless of journey cost. The owed amount takes over a week to credit back to bank. App deleted, I'll use another service
Whatever you do, don't use this app of you're in a rush! App doesn't accuraktye show how far away your driver is from you 😡
The app is really useful and I like being able to see where the cab is on the map. I recently had an issue where a driver refused because I wasn't a cash job. However that is the exception and the customer service team were in touch a few days later to offer support, which shows they really care about their customers
RE the new update - App was working beautifully prior to the new september 2020 update (tottally unnecessary) now it declines both of my brand new credit cards which i have been able to use everywhere else without a hitch, this is how I know 100% your app is the weak link as I have entered the details correctly multiple times, the CCV confirmation step is when it fails to accept . The only reason i started using Drive was so I don't have to fumble about with small coins. Highly dissapointed.
Recently the app has declined all saved cards, then won't let me order it again with cash. There's nothing wrong with my card as I used it on this app earlier today and it worked, this happens frequently and I mention it to drivers who just brush it off, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to message to get help for it either and in the current climate I really do not like to have to use cash despite this being my only option... No longer using this company as others are so much easier to use.
highly recommend, great drivers with the added bonus of card payment option. I emailed to ask about the £1.01 on my bank statement and they replied in minutes explaining about how it's a bank check and the money isn't charged to the customer, simply held for a security check. great service :))
Why can't I add card details, the system keeps declining my card and I have money on the card so it shouldn't decline it. Been trying for days with no luck and it's getting frustrating now. It was fine and never had any issues but went to s**t on Wednesday or Thursday lat week.
Very poor quality of service. The fact that the app will tell you that your taxi is 2 minutes away and the taxi will come in 15 minutes
Installed it, won't accept my (definitely correct) card details, so I'll just have to uninstall it again. Disappointing.
Won't let me update,so I decided to uninstall and reinstall but it won't let me download it was brilliant till then

Been using this company for ages, and they still keep going to the wrong address, dosnt matter how many times you ring and tell them, unless staff in booking office

Great drivers and very quick response. But I would of gave more stars. But recently, the app delete all my saved cards and keeps saying they are declined. When there money in there. I don't carry cash. So I can't really use the app anymore. If they sorted this. The app and company would be amazing.
