You can forget getting Detention with these people. The way they have it set up with all the hoops you have to jump through youll NEVER get to see it. Email separate emails with BOLs, Invoices, "Signed" Rate Confirmations plus your normal Transflo Invoice and BOL. Then you have to wait months and they still deduct the Quick pay fee........ And also who is going to take a 45lbs load 2500 miles for $.90 a mile when its costing $1.20 a mile in fuel ? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I like the new added feature, Round trip. Also, XPO, is one of the few Apps that includes deadhead miles in cpm and provides a preview map.

Terrible app need to sign in everytime, it doesn't save any your searches, recommended loads are not even close to anything I have searched before and the freight rates are the lowest probably tied with TQL

I noticed some people are having problems with the updates. You have to go back into the app settings and give the app permissions all over again before it will allow the update to take place. At least this was my experience, I noticed all of the permissions were automatically turned off and it was doing a continuous loop of trying to update but not changing. Once I turned on the permissions the update allowed me to move forward with putting in the email and password.

I attempted to use this app, but whereas I can see the rates and put in bids through the website, I cannot do any of that on this app. It does not show a single rate. The website wants to reset my search every single time I back out of looking at a load's details. Update: The app team was able to correct the issue. Works fairly well.

UPDATE 4-1-21: After recent update, the app has been improved tremendously. A search produced results of loads near me and within the proper freight category. It appears to be easier to use. * New request for improvement: Make all load search results appear in one scrollable list. 1-21-21 -Their IT team needs some help in app development . It doesn't understand search parameters. You can't select multiple haul preferences. It is just a pain to try and use.

I'm sure it would be good to use but it won't even send me the email to be able to verify my info. I'm a driver/ dispatcher for myself and live in Seattle area. Update: I reached out like they requested, they got back to me within half an hour and they are currently fixing the issue which has to do with the contractors side of things. After that's fixed and I can finish registering I'll look at load opportunities and update/rate again. So far good job though.

Loaded with features, quickly find loads from the list. Eash load shows, RPM, weight, distance, deadhead miles, times etc.. all the info you need without having to click on the load. Please add ability to invoice from app.

Update: this app still does not work with my Galaxy tab 4. Developers are working on it and have been pretty responsive. My browser wasn't working either on any device and they cleared something up on their end and fixed it. So if the browser doesn't work, contact the devs. Will update again. 1 star for breaking the app. 5 stars for contacting me and working on it.

It cuts down calls from broker asking your location which i like so i can focus on driver rather than answering the phone . I wish there was a option on the app to let them know that your on a 10hr break. I get bombarded with calls asking what I doing sometimes when I shut down for the night. And a loaded call to add all info, also a detention timer built into the app for correct detention request

No ability to submit second bid on the same load. Can bid only once and only 2 ways accept counteroffer or reject it if dont like conteroffer and if you reject it there is no other way to submit second lower bid. Also you need to call or email regarding detention why not just build it in the app. Invoice could be biult in in the app and send it automatically then submit separate email with custom invoice.

I enjoy the loads I've hauled for xpo, but using quickpay is a major fight with most loads. I pick up and deliver on time and submit paperwork immediately (which has to be done in transflo, not the app), but the loads rarely get cleared by the "reps", so payment is usually late. Very frustrating and makes me use xpo as a last resort most times.

This app is mediocre at best! It is slow, glitchy and takes too long to log in because it buffers forever... Even once you are logged in, they have very limited amount of loads. To top that off, the rates on the loads they do have are an absolute joke! Don't waste your time...

When you try to book it says there are 100 loads but not letting you look at load after the 1st 20 it worked b4 but yhe new update messed that up

This is the worst trucking app without any doubt in my mind. I won't book any XPO loads for 6 months. I'll let you suckers be the "testers". I have to uninstall and reinstall the app before EVERY communication. These were the instructions from their phone dispatcher who I had to call to give a loaded update due to the inoperative app. It is a horrible waste of my time!

Seems to be major issue with xpo in house team getting updates from app. I have resorted to sending screen shots to show I updated app and they do not see it in their system, and they call me wanting to know status of load

Not the best out there. When switching to map view then back to list and cannot switch to show load map again. Because when I in load list mode it shows switch to list when I'm already there.

time stamp doesn't allow for change , doesn't matter if your on time for your appointment it timestamps the time you click the button like in my case I was already at the customer in the dock waiting to load , when I finally got the text with the link and activated the tracking app...

It would be helpful to be able to select deadhead on backhauls as a filter. Also to be able to sort by rate per mile. Its an easy fix. Update: xpo you can not sort RELOADS by deadhead.
