In an effort to improve Drive Centric, which we use at our work, these are its issues. It continuously locks up and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled on and Android phone I t was built for an iOS system and really doesn't work on a PC very well or an Android smartphone. Severe lag times whether you're using a high-speed wireless connection or a 5G phone connection. No spell check. Crashes quite often. Very basic application that is unstable.
Its pretty. Otherwise there are several issues ranging from phantom follow up being generated by the system, to the need to restart the app every time you wish to conduct a new search for a customer, issues being able to distinguish where and from whom texts are originating when texting customers in the system, to issues uploading videos which result in constant failures. When these issues are brought up to the developers of the app, they do nothing. When they fix it, Ill fix this review.
Love the app. Dont like the new white background on the desktop though. To hard to read
It doesn't load I have to close the app then reopen for anything to refresh. Very frustrating I miss leads and text messages
Absolutely ridiculous, keeps crashing and needs a lot of work. It's getting on my nerves. I have a note 10 plus and every second it gives me a notification saying drivecentric is crashing close the app. I reported it so many times. Ps everything is updated and I uninstalled 100 times and still the same. This is a joke.

Optimize more for the Android platform. The app constantly freezes and refuses to load unless you kill the app and restart. iOS never seems to have an issue, so this is purely a poor optimization on your devs end.
Constant errors and failures on Android phone. Very buggy, noticeable lag, need to constantly refresh and even then it doesn't always work properly. Very frustrating when trying to communicate with customers on the go.
Limited capabilities compared to the IOS version. Reoccurring bugs that they are always "actively working on". When there is a problem they usually say it is because you have an Android device. If you are going to use a DriveCentric app I would recommend the IPhone.
Horrible. Unable to connect to internet. Unable to connect to host. Error something went wrong. All these things are issues everyday on the app when I open it. It's 2021, It shouldn't take 5 yrs to send pictures and videos.
When it works properly on Android it's great, but it's definitely more optimized for Apple devices (like most everything else app-wise.) But I refuse to buy/own anything Apple, so I'll continue to just roll with the issues on Android haha!
Terrible on Android phones. Developers seem to be focused only on Apple phones
App worked fine before the jan 30th update. Now app crashes constantly and can't get notifications. I've spoke with support and they are making good headway apparently but no release date yet to be announced.
Forced to use for work. Seems like it is built for apple. Videos don't load. No work around. Gets stuck often. IT response is to uninstall and reload the app. Lol, ok. Hope you don't have to use it.
Buggy mess that's going to cost you several clients or missed opportunities. The sales staff using this shouldn't have to got an Apple product just to make this app functional. Android users shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to counter whatever the latest bug AND not be informed as to why its happening or how long until its addressed. I don't recommend this for your dealership unless you're willing to provide iPhones to your sales team.
I have the Note 9, uninstalled and reinstalled this app now 3 times. I cannot even open the app unless I get a notification. As soon as I touch the drive centric app it says app stopped working. Simply irritating.
I keep getting a popup that the app keeps crashing even when I'm not in the app. It's annoying. If I didn't need it for work it would be deleted.
😖 awful does not work well with T mobile newer phones
There are a ton of bugs on updates, but the support team is very responsive and gets things fixed faster than I have ever seen a group trou le shoot stuff.
Doesn't show complete list of leads. Unstable. Limited data send for pix and often can't send at all.
I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling/restarting my phone just to be able to send a video to a customer. Very Apple-based product.
So far it's been pretty good, however there are a few things that would make it so much more intuitive and fluent. Keep up the good work and support, looking forward to see what the future holds!
I use this for work everyday. The past update has not allowed me access on the app. It just crashes. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!!
Flat out does not work on android phones. Screens never load and the app does not function at all.
Hate it. I cannot have tabs open on my desktop if I want to use the app. I have the newest android and I cant even use the app on it.
I get a message saying this app keeps closings.. it is really getting on my nerves.. if I wouldn't need it for work this app would be gone...
Had to buy an iPhone just so I can work and make videos. Videos is a HUGE problem. Please make this work for Android!!
This app has been problematic from the start. I see other android users complaining. When we first signed up, everything worked great. After a few weeks (after orientation period) the problems started. It's never the app or program fault, it's always " your phone " or " internet speed ". I am currently trying to reinstall the app. It's been a day and a half. Disappointing...
