Really like this overall. Very easy to use and especially like the tracking of out of state miles for IFTA. Only 2 issues I've found, first being it just randomly shuts itself down about once a day. The other thing is the app will not allow screen to rotate. I had trouble with my charger staying in, so decided to turn my tablet upside down so the charger would stay put. I can read it upside down ok, but would like it a lot better if screen would just rotate like every other app on tablet :)

Update: 2.5 years in and still great app and service.* Fantastic eld. Customer service is excellent. We run mostly ag exempt loads, and this app has given us zero issues with this. Weve had multiple dot inspections in 2019 and this eld has passed them all.

I would like to see this app have the function to start automatically in the background when the tablet is turned on or restarted and connect to the Bluetooth device automatically at that point

Please make the screen rotate for different style holders one phones and tablets. Love the DriveELD app. Easy to learn and use with great customer service. Will give 5 stars with screen rotation.

I like the service but told them I needed to wait to renew that I hadn't been able to get my truck out of the shop. I was told if I didn't renew now they wouldn't renew my account later. Kicked me when I was down...

the app has gone back to being offline most of the time while driving and has difficultly reconnecting

Use driver's cell data and is not reliable if cell service is weak We'll show Unavailable driving time will be logged and can result in a ticket

landscape mode please! otherwise it's a great and easy to use app

App behavior note. Manual 'change of status' getting stuck lately(not responding) in my Samsung J7 perx model unless I reopen app.

My 2Q 3Q AND 4Q MILEAGE HAS NOT BEEN RECORDING THE CORRECT MILEAGE. IT'S BE SO HARD TO GET ANYONE TO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM

Complete and fraudulent pos. It changes duty status illegally and will not stay online as required by law. Lawsuits are being filed

Can NOT switch to off duty driving personal convenience

just wish they had a driver portal not just a fleet portal so as a driver i can get access to my logs

Excellent customer service, great app offering yard move, personal conveyance, editing...... No problems of any kind 👍👍👍. Additional review: after 6-months of use not a single problem or glitch. This is amazing product and I got no clue why some people are paying $25-$50 a month for their devices and on top of that still having problems. Today: 01.08.2020. I've been using ELD-DRIVE for 18 months now and I never encountered a single glitch. Great job developing this affordable ELD device😀
