Never had a problem, easy to connect on 3 different devices.Easy to use interface and intuitive contrils. I really like the camera, easy to use with one hand and I beat the hell out of it. I four wheel hard with it and is gets wet, dirty, shaken up dropped and always seems to work.

App doesn't work, yet another failure with swann security, why does it say its made for an older android system, how old does a system on your phone/tablet etc have to be, we live in the 20th century, poor customer service also, never reply to emails etc

I had 2 swan dash cams for years but someone recently stole one of them so I bought another one (newer model). VERY disappointed that I must download this app in order to access or even utilize camcorder features -MOTION sensor' less without WiFi. Socks. I spent all this money for nothing. They're so many less expensive cams out now....

Don't buy this Sh.... m disappointed, it's no clear and hard to connect with Wii fi.. I Pay $130.00 expecting to receive a nice and clear videos, . I'm looking for something else!! Please recommend!!
