Had no trouble setting up and logging into my account. Received the activation code and everything just fine. However, everytime I try to access the map function to see where my "occurrences" happened, the app closes. This is highly frustrating. Also, the actual speed limits are wrong..for example, it's 55 mph on each end of my hometown before you hit the highway.... This app reports that I'm speeding/accelerating at 45 mph. Hoping this doesn't count towards my score.

This app fails. Using my Farm Bureau credentials, and the activation code sent to my email, it is not even possible to login or even create a new account. The message "account activation failed" appears whenever I try to accept terms. There is no place to request tech assistance within the app either, at least not from the few screens I've been able to see.

I am truly sadden by this app. Many of the features that made the website great are gone now. I love how the website would break down areas of improvement like hard breaking and such as well as your environmental impact. You had a clear understanding of what was all being measure so you could work to improve your score, thus your overall driving. This app is so bare bones and is missing all of these features. That this app is replacing that amazing website is upsetting.

Be warned! They showed me as speeding a lot on a recent trip. I went in and looked and their speed limits were wrong for many roads along my path. Also if you brake or accelerate fast enough that a passenger with their eyes closed could detect it then it will give you an "event" for it. Seriously it has to be sooooo gentle. Better start breaking half way through the block.

Drained my battery and potentially damaged my charging system. My wife's Q7 TDI had to be jumped several times since we plugged the device in 3 weeks ago. This last time after jumping the vehicle and removing the device I had a ESC system malfunction, a TMPS malfunction, and an Adblue malfunction. After 20 min of highway driving and shutting the vehicle off. It still is saying the battery is low. I have a hunch my charging system is now damaged. DO NOT USE THESE PIECES OF JUNK!

Difficulty in setting up the app. Did not require a capital letter in password instructions however, it is required. After numerous attempts at entering a new password I finally called the # on the instructions and was able to get the app finalized.

There is a heavy reliance on GPS, so this app is not accurate when it comes to speed monitoring. It guesses the route based on where it thinks the road is, so if you're on a new road, good luck getting a decent score per event. The app works well enough though

Along my major A.M. and P.M. commute, the speedlimits in the app are incorrect/too low. I drove at or below the posted speed limits of 35 or 40 and the app marked me as "high severity" speeding because it believed the speed limit was 24 mph in multiple places in the city. It also is seems overly sensitive to stopping speed, but it only marked a few of those as registering as low severity, so I have less issue with that. We have disabled the device and will the removing it from our insurance.

Doesn't have the same features as the website. It no longer shows my scores and just says, "scores not available." It often errors out and freezes. The developers need to do some serious work on this app.

Poor decision to remove the website and force us to use an app. A website is better for viewing trip information for instance, plus is more polished. At that, I can't login with the username/password that worked for the website, and an activation code is not being sent to my email in the event I do need to create a new account. Please give us the option to use the website again.

After the latest update the map no longer shows streets and in some cases the maps look like the cars would have to fly to get to where their going.

Installed, followed all instructions, and now finding that even though everything was installed properly the program was unable to register us despite me doing this, and now is being ended. Terrible experience working with this company and this app so far...

Poorly designed user interface. Won't accept the new password when I tried to reset the password. Zero star.

Most is okay but I'm getting tired of the speeding, where is there a 14 mph speed limit on us 60 in surprise, and from Wittmann going onto 60.

This app is worthless and gives virtually little information if you're not the primary account holder. If you're the primary account holder it seems to work ok.

Been trying since this morning to log on and it only says `error' try again! Very frustrating. Why don't you give us clue as to why it's not working? .

Update: Finally got support to create a login. Decent app once you explore it and figure out how it works.

Information isn't very useful but the discount on insurance is nice.

Randomly signs you out, won't let you back in, have to uninstall reinstall. Now webpage alternative.

App will not work. Crashes nonstop since the last update.

Useless app. Don't waste your time. Recommend Google remove from the Google store.

Been trying to do this for 3 days, something doesn't work but it won't give you a clue what's wrong. And what for pete's sake, is Display Name???? Give us a clue would you.

App keeps closing when I try to read my logbook.
