It suddenly stopped showing the Chauffeur pay on completed jobs. This is a major issue, impacts bookkeeping.
This app caused a glitch in my Google Pixel 2. Any time I use it, I get random drop or screen freeze. Other problems include the take over of my phone to promote games. Never had this issue before. Verizon says it is a problem in the app. I have uninstalled the app at the request of management the claim is that a new version will fix it. Wrong.
It actually deserves ZERO Stars, of the Apps I've used as a black car driver, this is hands down, the worst. This app is both a battery and a data hog; it will use 20% of battery life in a single trip; it also uses six times the data in a week vs. what our previous app used in a month. Last night was a personal record, four trips took six restarts and two cycles of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And after all that, it still didn't work. I had to call to give updates and get info.
More reservations, Easy system to use. The customer service is Outstanding !!! I am able to enter a reservation in 2-3 minutes. If you have questions at all they take their time answering them. Patient, Professional Staff.
whomever designed this app; doesn't know English. I was in an area in which the signal was WEAK & a message came up saying "week signal"! Also, this app constantly had trouble keeping the info or having access to the app. Frankly, this app was more frustration than productive
This app is unstable. App locks up, freezes my phone, changes the volume settings, exits navigation and switches to the app by itself randomly... Avoid if possible
good app but I absolutely hate the constant interruptions with updates. Wish there was a way to turn it off

It's all in one, It cuts down on the time it takes our office staff to book a reservation as well as the time it takes to send out schedules to our drivers.
As a chauffeur I must say i have never used an app better than this one.

Overall a great app to get jobs dispatched, but one big problem I keep encountering is that when I am using navigation, all jobs sent to my device shut off the navigation screen. This is extremely dangerous while driving. I would appreciate advice on how to keep this from occurring. Today after the update, all past jobs no longer show pay amount. We have no use for this app if you cannot provide this vital info. Please return that feature or we will have no use for ground pad.
