Lot to be desired, when attempting to accept job offers by calling first have to list to and select correct prompt option, after selecting correct prompt to offer on available jobs often wait on hold 4+ minutes, resulting in the offer no longer being available.
Something funny going on with this company, I registered then could not log in due to some kind of strange token error when called the company person was acting strange (even said was the manager) and also confirmed they don't have any Jobs available anywhere in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA......
Limitations: Unable to change availability or view order history during an active order Suggestions: Analytics page with data on offered, accepted, & declined totals, miles, availability. Option to favorite cities and places Also, a chat support to ops would be nifty
Took a bit to learn it but it really easy and everything is well explained

Karl Donaldson here. I absolutely love working with Airspace Technologies. I have been driving for them since June of 2019. Even when one of their major clients in my area dropped their contract, Airspace worked with me to drive in another location temporarily until my area got back up on its feet with new clients. The money is fantastic and the Operations Team is on the ball and very competent. The App itself has been an ongoing improvement process, but to be honest with you, It's never been an issue as far as I am concerned. I've read about others onboarding headaches of which I cannot talk to. I was onboarded in person so it was a breeze. My suggestion to those who encounter remote onboarding problems, is to be patient. Trust me, it is well worth the effort and wait because the freedom and pay and benefits (personal, not corporate benefits) of being a private contractor outweigh any bumps in the road. Drive On! ;-)
Worst app doesn't make any sound when I received alerts. Need to watch the screen always to get a assignment done
This app has worked so well for both me and my wife, as we have both been driving full-time for Airspace Technologies for over two years. Initially, I had a full-time office job that paid pretty well, but I quickly learned that the flexibility Airspace offers - as well as the many opportunities to make a lot more money by taking long trips - is a much better arrangement for us. And the dispatchers are amazing; they're incredibly professional, courteous, and competent! We love this company!
I have been using this app for two years now. I have not encountered any issues or concerns. The mapping part of this app is very good, as well as the tracking feature. Uploading photos is easy. The signature capture portion is great. The app is quite easy to use.
I give 2 stars because I'm new to AirSpace community, and so far there is ups and downs, I wish they cared more about the fact we use our own cars and driving to most of these destinations is alot of wear and tear on own cars they don't cover miles going to location and to throw more lack of consideration they take the first 15miles driving from location to drop off whatever goods your transporting. I figure if you want more drivers then you have to give more to the drivers.
App has been consistently improved upon by developers (company) listening to drivers and implementing helpful ideas.
Best driver based app ever, everything is recorded thru this app, miles, jobs, earnings, billing, onsite, location, contacts, etc. Super easy and convenient, never any glitches or issues starting, using or closing the app.
I went thru all the orientations and still can't get any work I don't understand this I need work not apps
Can't log in, changed Password and still can't get in
When the app started I was able to put my personal notifications ring tone, but that changed and you only hear the tiny beep and only if you are 1 foot away from the phone. Can we put the ring tone that's convenient for us please?
Love this app. Progress is a process. After the initial onboarding process everything was smooth sailing. Been working for a month and I have no problems. Great app, great people and great service.
at first I thought the other negative app reviews were just dissatisfied people. They have a terrible sign up process that took me over 2 weeks to do. when I treid to log into their meetings for onboarding/training their systems were very convoluted and unclear about how to proceed. I called to complain and ask for assistance with a resolution and their response was to deny/refuse to hiring me as a driver. I highly recommend you keep looking for work somewhere else if you are considering them.
The worst app I ever have, I can't logging because the password is wrong then I request a new password they send me a link so I did changed my password but still can't login, request a new password they send me a new link when I click on it takes me to the app which I can't login in in the first place 🙃
Ability to see when you're delivering before accepting an order plus general updating issues make it hard to use at times.

Sometimes the recieving locations direction tab brings you to the destination instead of pickup when having more than 1 orders
5 times install and reinstall but still not receive the deliveries. Didn't get any help from customer service.
These guys are exceptionally clueless. I said the whole process was convoluted after almost a month of back and forth paperwork and they became so offended that they refused to go forward with my app. These guys are too sensitive to be in business. Also, nothing but horror stories about management, which I can now relate to. Stay away from this company like the plague.
The app keep saying email already registered. Tried different email and keep getting the same response.

Extremely convulted sign up. System is dysfunctional. Appointments for sign up DO NOT WORK. Their links fail to launch (same type of meeting link would launch elsewhere). And they dont call you. "Technology" company? What a joke! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Dont fill out even one of their far too numerous forms.
Good app well done. The chances of making mistakes are zero and am happy to be part of this high tech company. AAA
App doesn't work. Called help desk number. Number doesn't exist
New update is not as good as the prior setup. The swipe and not having access to instructions while on boarding makes it more difficult to use
