I used to love this app! Not so much anymore, it always crashes and then I get this icon that says driver pulse quit working! Like really dude! Be in the middle of a application and it just crashes badly!
A very helpful app I really used to like it. But lately it's been having problems updating information. When I make an edit to either my profile or application it sometimes will not update it on the profile, or it will update it, and not show it as updated as confusing as that may sound. When you do the little classes that you have, it's not updating and removing it from the unstarted section. So your updating part of the app is not working all that well
Used to be great but since update a few months back I have not been able to log in to my profile and it doesn't give option to make a new one.
Makes it alot simpler and easier to find a job and compare offers from potential employers.
It keep you updated with very company you apply for, so you don't have to do it yourself!
The app doesn't let me get passed putting in my Social Security number. I have the Samsung galaxy 22 ultra.
Like the app but... When I first installed it everything worked great. Has helped me connect with a few companies. My only issue with it lately is the find parking feature no longer works. It just hangs on the screen with the "pulse" and no longer shows results. Time of day doesnt make a difference. Otherwise a great app!
App use to work very well in the beginning. Now everytime I have to get on it, it keeps freezing up. They also need to go in an revamp alot of their question. Some are repetitive too questions already asked. Should also have drop down boxes in the experience area. Gets old having to type in the dance information over and over when you apply to different companies. All the information needs to be save once, with a way to edit when need.
First the filters to find jobs doesn't work, second the app doesn't allow you to see previously signed documents, it will show you the name, but will not allow you to download it. Third the feature to push notifications doesn't always work on Android, forth the app is easy to navigate and finally the home page is more like an eye sore, just go back and revamp everything this app has to offer and make sure it works before you reveal it.
The app isn't working quite right for me. I have tasks to complete but no way of completing them. I touch the screen and nothing happens. I got resigned a new recruiter. But I'm looking at the same recruiter and messaging the same recruiter. I typed in my addresses and those address aren't in the system. I'm filling out applications 100% but come back to 70 and 50 %
I'm not sure what's going on with this app but for some reason I am not able to apply for any job opportunities all of a sudden. When I putting the last 4 #s of my SS number, it says it's incorrect. Yet, I'm able to go online on my laptop and apply. On top of that, there isn't a way to fix any issues from the app itself or even from my laptop. 🤔🤷
App lags, often freezes up when switching from task to home. Videos freeze up on Wi-Fi and mobile signal. Document request do not go through nor saved under your profile. Causing you to have to upload same document several times. Employment history do not understand 2009 through 2014 and will ask for employment information for 2010, 2011, 2012 and so on. Profile bar goes backwards so with no information given your profile is 100 % complete, as you add information it lowers.
Giving you 5 stars because you did work well before the recent updates Some how now it seems the app freezes and I have to close it and reopen it only to have it freeze. Also every time I open it is a different set of companies that are recommended, like its just random. If I choose dry van I shouldn't see flat bed and reefer companies but I do .this seems like it would be an easy fix. Some of these companies are strictly one thing our the other rarely do they have all three.
Fast and easy to use.
Doesn't update info properly, some kind of delay. Had to call customer service 3 times to get issue resolved and had to use the website to get my info updated correctly. Can't even get the app to open anymore, just get a white screen after allowing all permissions. Have uninstalled, restarted my phone, reinstalled and still same issue.
I got very frustrated using this app. While uploading documents the pulse sign. Pulsed for 15 minutes uploading 5 documents. Then told me something was wrong with my internet connect. So I had to start over. Nothing was wrong with my internet connection.
This app has gone crazy! It refuses to allow me to make ANY updates or necessary changes to my Account Info! It just keeps trying to send a message or text to an old phone number I NO LONGER HAVE! I cannot get anything updated and the App keeps wanting me to AGREE to do AUTOFILL to an Email & Phone NumberI NO LONGER HAVE! This is ridiculous & annoying. 😒
Shows the same carriers no matter what my filter settings are at. Can't even find the mega carriers except Swift. I have the same issue when using my browser. It's really odd because it used to work just fine until recently.
The layout is brilliant but today keeps freezing up. Every time you click on something within a few minutes it will freeze up. Is it will happen over and over and over and over again. Each time you have to logout & log back in again use for a few minutes it will freeze up again it's completely useless now.
Lots of personal information contained withing and yet I cannot log. Decided to use it after applying for a company that uses the app, however I cannot use the app. It worked fine for a few days but now it won't allow me to log in. Update: Thank you for responding. I haven't emailed you like you suggested, however I was able to log in. Thank you for addressing the issue.
The app and the website are not working. I tried checking on my progress for a company for 2 days now and it won't let me log in. It sends me a verification code, accepts the code, then brings me back to the same screen to verify again. The app doesn't even do anything when you hit the login button. Just stays on the same page.
Works great for what it's intended to do. However, as of now on 5/11/2021 as the companies send documents like MVR and all for you to view, it pops up a "page" to insert your last 4 SSN to view document. After last 4 SSN is inserted it does nothing but goes straight back to home page of the Driver Pulse App. There is no documents to view or anything useful.
I have been using this app for a while. But it seems as of late that it won't let me in. I will follow prompts and enter needed info. Then it will say I'm in then goes back to the sign in page and everything starts all over again. I have a Sony Xperia before this phone it was an ZTE Z981 in which I had the same problem. Please fix.
First, the apps inability to delete past establishments makes it undesirable to use. They stick out like a sore thumb whenever you are applying to a new employment opportunity. Also, I am trying to finish an application for a new employmer and I am at the complete forms part of the process. Everytime I go to complete the i9 or other forms or even try to update my profile I am ask to enter my last 4 as a security check and after I enter nothing happens. Doesn't freeze but doesn't go any further.
