This app continously freezes and crashes. Never mind the updates. Sometimes the navigation takes you miles away from where you supposed to go. this hapenned on several ocassions. Needs to allow copy and paste phone numbers and address. add text to passenger not just call.
Notifications are hit and miss. Updates to trips can't be seen. It would also be better if it could be connected to the native calendar on the phone so we can set up auto reminders for upcoming trips
inconsistent about sending notifications on changes and new rides. Notifications ahould be instantly sent. Whoever is working on this app doesnt seem to have much experience with programing.
Installed and uninstalled a few times, still n k t working properly. Doesn't allow to update job stays. FIX IT!!! need to use it, without all the headaches !!!!
App freezes alot. Had to uninstall the app because it kept giving error code for login. Great idea but definitely needs more work put into it.
Use to work fine. Officially the worst buggiest app ever. All sorts of 409 errors. Dosnt allow me to go on Duty. Navigates me to China. Just awful awful awful. Id give it negative infinity stars if i could.
I don't know why this app keep freezing up and very slow. It need to update the software. It's not that fast. Just needs faster more respond.
please, can you add option to use different navigation system, I want to use waze navigation app, if their will be a setting to choose whether, which we want to use. will be appreciated.
When I have a job that goes past midnight I cannot finalize the job. I have tried going back to search yesterday/today, put in the previous dates, client name, job number, etc and I still cannot close out the job I'm working. Every job should be from the time I start until I'm finished especially if that job ends past midnight.
The app is ok, however, it drains my battery and won't allow to go off a job even is the job is an all day thing....I'm currently charging my phone for the third time today....UGH
Now they want access to my contacts, & I can't log-in, unless I give access to device storage. Seriously??
Having trouble with latest version. Cannot change status at all.
Keep freezing all the time. Can't update status in realtime.

No response when trying to ask why the app won't work on my new device.
Keeps saying "I'm logged out!" That's not good when I need to see my trips!

I like been using it for the last 8 years & i love it
What's with all the new permissions? When I used the map feature it always has final destination in some other state. This doesn't really follow the flow of a driver. When accepting trips and dropping off clients. I hardly ever go straight back to the garage after a drop off.
