DriverAnywhere 4.0

The box that says select vehicle pops up empty and there is no way to get it off. So I have to delete the whole app and download it again every time I try to use the app. Since I use it for work every day all day this is extremely frustrating and very upsetting.

The old app, which could definitely be improved, is still far better than this one. A few issues: font is too small; difficult to read at a glance. I am assigned to different vehicles in the course of the day, but must now go to detail page (which is slow!) for each trip to see if I am changing vehicles. (the old app I could see the vehicle on the main page and just scroll down to see if I will need to change). History doesn't show the passenger's name, and destination is truncated. And more.

Cannot figure out how to end a trip quickly. I hill Finalize and it goes back into the active screen, so I hit Finished again, and it shows me the Finalize button again, so I tap that and it goes back to the active screen. After going around in circles a few times it finally finishes. And would prefer the term "dropped" instead of "Finished" after the client is done.

It freezes up whenever you sign in to the app. Fix your part. Tired of installing and stalling again. It's not your phone ppl, it's the app itself.

App crashes every time I click on something. I tried updating. Nothing works. I'm supposed to be using this for my job. Not a good app to be failing on me

tired of getting logged out automatically multiple times a day. tired of waiting 3 seconds for every time i update a status to take effect. it's not a rocket launch, just pressing a button expecting quick results, so i can move on to other things. big waste of time.

A good app which one change. When going "OFF DUTY" the question "ARE YOU STILL USING THIS VEHICLE" need to be removed all together. To many drivers do not answer that question therefore another driver cannot go on duty with the one someone did not get out of which creates a major problem for the following driver. When someone goes "OFF DUTY" it should automatically take that driver out that vehicle making it available to other drivers.

The app will randomly logout, often when you're with a client. When a new trip notice comes in, the app will continue to beep to let you know about it even well after you accepted the trip. When you click on the notice that you have a new trip the app opens the trip so you can read the details, but you must exit the trip and go to a different page to accept it.

I normally have no issues but recently there are always 3 in-progress jobs that have already been completed which do not go away. Every week, the 3 jobs change and any new completed jobs go away. I can not log out as long as the jobs are there. I will update to 5 STARS, once this is fixed.

New 4.0 version is not intuitive. takes too long to load changes to status....buffering and buffering. "Fancier" but not better. A step down for driver anywhere. I deleted it and went back to previous version.

Terrible, changes duty status once and it want me to select a car but won't load options or allow me to back out and change duty status. Now two weeks past run, still can't use because I'm "on duty" and must select a vehicle. Terrible app. Hoped it would be a change from the history of terrible driver apps from this company, was let down. Do not get

This app is terrible. Text is too small to read. Pending jobs are sorted in wrong order too hard to find most current assigned job to accept. Once accepted disappears into Upcoming tab and again have search to find job to review. App is too hard to navigate. Version 3.0 even with it's issues was better than this version.

Cannot open 75% its very slow need lot of signal to open it

Can you please update the app. Gets tiring having to log in every other day.

It won't let me change from using Google map to waze, it keep saying I need to install waze first

It would be nice if Copy and Paste was enabled. Also, being able to change sound notifications would be great.

The app works really good once you're in it but this app is TERRIBLE when it comes to saving log in credentials. It DOES NOT save log in credentials even when you check the box "save log in credentials "

This garbage constantly logs me out. Update: MONTHS later and still this garbage logs me out constantly. Latest update: garbage ap still logs me out now even in the middle of a run. Wow -5 stars.

This app is way too intrusive. Access to my contacts, camera, microphone, storage, etc... are you kidding me? I can't log in, unless it has access to my camera, & sd card... really?? Users beware!

it's an improved UI all the way around, however I can't print a greeting sign until I start the trip...? Really??? Three stars, nice try, keep trying...

Not reliable as an app. Goes down for hours at a time and leaves you stranded when app makes updates. Should never, ever, ever leave a user stranded and blocked out of the app just for an update!

Do you plan on adding the Payment type, charges & Fees portions back to the app as drivers utilize this information very seriously? It is helpful in more ways than you think from a drivers perspective. I thank you for your time.
