There should be a way to see how many canceled/completed trips so Im not accepting a call 30 min away only to drive 25 min and then see a cancel pop up. Also, the notifications of cancels arent prominent enough. A quick notification pops up for 3 seconds then its gone and when Im driving I shouldnt be peeking at my phone every 3 seconds. Its a great idea and the execution is happening however things need to be fixed to protect my gas tank since there isnt a fee 4 canceling

I feel pressure in to working dispatch is not perfessional calling at 4.00 in morning for trip when I'm offline. asking to take trip 6 morning that I new nothing about, also waiting on trips for hours.no cancelation fees for burning your gas. don't like the job the app is good accept I can't find navigation system. so i have to close the app out, log on to Google maps, to get to customer.

Update 30-Jul-2020: I've tried many dispatch apps and I always seem to come back to this one. They are the most reliable now and it's very user friendly. All my drivers love the DriverApp. I don't use the passenger app much because I prefer to take calls from customers, but I have it available for those customers that want to use it. I highly recommend this company. There have not been server issues in a while, thank goodness :) Old Review: Save your time and your sanity AVOID this app at all cost. If you are a business owner walk away unless you like dealing with an app that is up one moment and down the next minute. Resfresh. Reboot. Nothing. Customers calling where's my taxi I'm sorry the system is down. Drivers calling with issues relating to the app. Too much work but not making money.

The bugs need to be fixed ! But other than that I love it! The only thing that bugs me is in certain areas I got the app says I have no Internet connection ! Hopefully it can get fixed fast!!!

I have just downloaded the latest version but it can't open or start its just loading until some message pops up saying ,Oops we've failed but we are fixing it...What's wrong?

Fresh exciting look. Love the fact that one has to scroll for an action to be performed rather than old tap input that lead to accidental action. I however miss certain features of the previous version such as visible billing amount during a ride.

This app is a scam. The owner of this app is in Singapore and I'm one of the driver. He operates this app and I was his driver. He told me that he bought over this app and his name is Sebastian choong tuck soon. Singaporean, now I didn't sign any contract and he did not pay me for my salary of $10000 , I cannot sue him, he is missing in action. I lost my car because I can't afford to pay back my loan. It's all because of him. This app is a scam . Anyone who knows the boss/owner , Sebastian choong tuck soon. Please help me out, I have kids and wife to take care , this $10k sgd is a Hugh amount for me. He is still around in Singapore but I can't do anything. I think it is a good app. I wish it had driver request options for the customer , and booking multi-day options. So that the same customer can book on-going, not just one day at a time
