Request a companion - All you have to do is tell us when and where and then relax as we do the rest for you. I've had a very bad experience once recently. After one such ride, my car's petrol tank was completely empty. I had filled up the tank to full capacity with Rs.4000 worth petrol. The car traveled maximum 35 kms after that. The tank was completely empty with the fuel warning light blinking. There are no leakages in the tank or thefts from my garage either. I think you should do better screening of who they employ as their drivers. Also sometimes drivers don't turn up on assigned duties.
Don't waste your time on this app. After assigning a driver it suddenly got cancelled due to unknown reason. I waited for so long but no new driver was assigned and atlast it was cancelled. Not at all recommended
I have an great ride with Drivers4me. It is an good app for our traveling and also convenient. I will recommend it and also appreciate your work.
This app used to be really good, but lately the drivers have been unprofessional and the customer service is not available when required most. My most recent experience was when a driver was allocated and when the time came his phone was switched off and he never showed up. Nor did I receive any communication from the app support team. Service of this app has gone down the drain.
Customer service will never ever reply on time sometime even aftr 24hr u get the reply There portal has lot of issue like - if u check the app it will show pending trip/ driver not allocated but u il receive msg with driver name n num smtime, then it will take hours to allocate a driver Only one thing is good that is drivers r professional
An honest review after using this app for almost over a month. Their services are good & they always try to provide prompt solutions to your requirements. The highly professional customer service is their biggest competence which really sets them apart from other similar business in the market. The app is intuitive & quite easy to use even for people like me who are not too savvy with mobile apps. Their price rates are competitive and clearly the cheapest compared to others. Highly recommend!!
This application is very user friendly..And it provides very good customer services
Booked a driver and chatted with support team that to make sure it does not get cancelled. I called my driver after 5 mins of my starting booking time. It went unanswered. Then he called me back saying there is some emergency so he can not come. So this app just randomly assigns some driver but has no control over them. Unfortunately this was a time waste for me. You can not rely on their service.
The amount of price hike over the year is absurd. Look at driveU with still cheap rates and your rates are skyrocketing.

This started off being a great app for day to day bookings but like most of the others, the service has dropped drastically over last few months. Customer service is pathetic... having audacity to call customer in middle of trip and asking for more money. If you need some help with a preferred driver allocation, be rest assured they will not even try. The idea was great... execution is getting worse every day. Will be looking for alternatives
Second time I booked a driver for my car but both the time they denied to provide driver at the last moment, when we have no option other than a hired vehicle to hire. Even there's no customer support from where we can get the update also. Worst app ,I deleted the app immediately and will never download in future.
The app is ok. It books and replies promptly but the most important thing ie drivers are a problem. Some of the drivers don't know about cars and some have no driving sense. One driver almost got my car into the drain while parking ! Driver QUALITY must improve.
This is funny. You get otp via sms. Now you have it. But this app keep saying "Please wait" and keep you on wait forever. Meanwhile you think you could add manually.... Like every other app allow you. But this app's 'Please Wait" interface won't give up. And it will fail you to do it manually. Ultimately both you and app fail. Because App's never give up policy never enters into manual mode. Obvious mistake in UX flow.

Bad review The service is always currently unavailable
The first driver asked if he can send another guy since he already has a booking elsewhere with some hotel. I have denied that and asked customer care to reallocate with another driver. Customer care was prompt to do that. It was done 2 days prior to the scheduled start time. To my surprise, the second driver never showed up. He didn't even picked up his phone after initial confirmation call. That's too much for an absolutely painful experience.
Pathetic service.I claimed insurance never got the amount. I booked the driver yesterday of rs 320. the driver was late for 1 hr.The executive confirmed me that they wll credit 100rs. At the time of payment the bill was 420 without any reason.Tried to connect them today whole day but no response from them. Now again when i m trying to book a driver by using the credit point,not able to do that. Very pathetic and they are non cooperative. Uninstalled the app. Even they are deleting the review
I have used this app/service 4 times. I am able to depend on this now. I am now able to take my car to places, thinking that even if I have a few drinks, I can hire a driver. The drivers have been very very good. They drive safe and carefully. Mine is only a hatchback so I can't comment on how well ... Thanks.
Very pathetic and irresponsible service, Service operating team didn't do any lookup ,they also don't know drivers are actually coming or not. DRIVERS DIDN'T FOLLOW ACTUAL PROCESS TO START AND STOP THE TRIP, and I think service operating team and management know this thing very well, because when a driver puts another car photo instead of yours for starting or stoping trip, no system is there or no one there to verify that this is wrong or right.

Very useful app for hiring drivers at any time of the day for any length of time as per our needs - The costing is very reasonable comparatively. The only issue is some of the drivers ask for more money before and after the trip has been finished but customer support has been helpful in most of the cases.
