A truly embarrassing app, I'd be ashamed to put this app to my name. It's the official app and it's not a difficult concept to implement. It just needs to keep track of my library and manage downloads. First problem I had was it would freeze on certain devices for no apparent reason. It's still slow and unresponsive at the best of times times. Additionally, it just will not download certain PDFs. It reports them as attempted, failed and fails on retry. I have found no way around this.

It works and it's a great idea. But... The "download all" button is poorly placed: I *never* want to do that and it would be really easy to hit by accident. There's no way to organize or filter your library and the search box is broken: it pauses for several seconds in between each key press. There's no way to download new purchases, it takes a few hours for them to show up. Two stars cuz it works but it is nearly useless. For now I'll have to continue downloading PDFs the old fashioned way.

I have a very large rpg/book library with DriveThru, it is a great app to get all your stuff in one place. However I noticed something, the app doesn't actually check the directory to see if you still have the document. If you delete one, the app still thinks you have it, and will not redownload it. Not unless you 'delete' it within the app and then download it again. I moved the app to a new phone and it copied the state of the files. So I have to 'delete' everything. Annoying.

Honestly, this might be the worst app I've ever used. It crashes all the time, the UI works sporadically, and when it does work it's so oddly laid out that it's nearly impossible to find the right functions. I accidentally set it to download my entire library once, and the cancel button wouldn't work. I had to uninstall to get it to stop. It's nice to have an app to find and download my rpg books like this, but they need to seriously revise the interface and work out the bugs.

Why on earth would anyone think it was a good idea to force landscape orientation on literally any app ever Edit: landscape orientation is no longer forced, but portrait mode is unusable due to major UI issues. They apparently still don't expect anyone to use this app on a phone. A step forward, I suppose, but only a very small step.

I love that there's a thumbnail image. That preview should(doesn't) take you to it's main page when tapped, so I can be reminded what the adventure is about. It does tell you what system it's for! I have multiple different formats for lots of different battle maps but can't tell which one to DL because the file name is cut off after 8 chars. I would like it to be expandable and option to minimize other coloums. I can only see 2 rows at a time.. Plz allow folder organization & sort by date bought

Although it forces landscape mode on my tablet and generally has an outdated look, the app is functional and the ease of searching for pdfs is straightforward. Though with the most recent update I cannot load it at all, simply saying "Your application has encountered a fatal error and cannot continue" each time I try and load it. Would obviously revise review if the issue can be fixed.

More convenient than the webpage on mobile when you want to access content you own but haven't downloaded. Unfortunately that's about all it offers. There seems to be no attempt at formatting the app in Portrait orientation, with many things only readable in Landscape. As many others have mentioned the dowload all button is large and poorly placed. The app feels like an Alpha version, I hope they hire better designers to fix the layout.

Okay, I get what they were going for here. But like the main website, good idea but poor execution. Limited space to review for some reason, so I have to truncate my feelings on this. || Pros: * It technically worked for me. I could get a book downloaded and opened, flawlessly. Sorry for anyone having difficulty. * Neat idea to help have some of my content accessible from my phone * Very simple method to click and have the PDF. * Allows me to open it in a PDF reader of my choice (Drive PDF Viewer / Moon Reader) || Cons: * Awful, horrendous interface. Locked in portrait, seemingly out of design laziness. * STILL requires horizontal scrolling to see all the columns (including the useless "Publisher" and Rule system column). * No filters, just search and order * Doesn't let you see the full filename, so can't discern different files from the same document (e.g., bundles or printer-friendly version) * No way to control where the files are downloaded * Theme already feels dated || Please switch to a vertical layout with dropdowns and filters. As of now, the interface makes it feel like alpha software, except it's promoted with a giant banner on their website at the top of the library.

Last few updates have caused constant errors on startup. Reinstalling doesn't fix them. Doesn't have any relatively basic functionality like "folders" to group different tabletop systems or kinds of supplements. Forces into landscape mode for some crazy reason. SEP 202 EDIT: almost a year later and it's actually worse. Content won't download and the app does not provide any actionable error messaging. App crashes when loading some content.

I can't choose between downloading to my internal storage or sd card, not that it matters because I can't download pdfs in the first place. Additionally, the search bar only searches for item name and won't let me search by publisher. This was all after having a difficult time even logging in to the app because it recognized my info but told me the login key was invalid until I tried the same info again, and then it didn't even ask for a key. This app is a buggy mess that doesn't work.

The latest update allows it to start, but major problems with scaling to screen size makes the login page virtually useless. After struggling to get the key in I found that the rest of it is equally buggy, like how after viewing an item in my library it will not return to the main screen, and coming back after switching to another application breaks the GUI. Whoever wrote this needs to be fired. The latest versions should never have reached production and been publicly installed by customers.

This app has one MAJOR flaw, built from two factors. #1 There's no apparent way to abort a "dowload all" and #2 that button is dangerously close to the search button. This is a huge issue for me, as I've about 10x the size of files on OBS/DTRPG/WGV than most of my devices have. Otherwise, the interface is nice, and it does what it should.

I can't adjust screen size and the app doesn't stay up to date with my library or show half of my titles. I've deleted the app with no intentions of installing again, as the one feature I would've use ( access to my library in real time) doesn't function let alone function as intended. You're better off just downloading and using a different app to read your files than this bloated app.

Trys to display as if my screen was three times as wide no matter which way i'm holding the phone. I wish the website hadn't been changed to only giving bin files instead of pdfs so I wouldn't have to try getting this to work. In addition, after getting signed in it has been over an hour on 300mb/s internet and it has not been able to populate my library list. Am giving three stars despite these issues because i like the website and other things the driverhrurpg has done.

Can we, FOR THE LOVE OF THE FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER (may you be touched by his noodly appendage), get both Portrait and Landscape modes please? There's no reason to force Landscape, especially on large devices like my 10" Tablet, especially when all this program is is a download manager. By forcing landscape, it stretches the Tables and for some reason, the file names are in one of the smallest cells, and due to inconsistent naming conventions between publishers, this can mean that you can't differentiate one file from another because the part of the file name that is unique is hidden. On top of that, the download buttons, despite being on a large device like my tablet, are really tiny, I had to get a stylus out of my desk in order to tap the right one with out fatfingering it. And why does the text look so grainy?

I love drive thru RPG and will continue to throw cash at them but this app is barely even ok. It really needs a lot of work. It is slow, crashes a lot, the pdf reader works maybe 40% of the time. This app needs a lot of work, probably even a throw out the code and start over.

The display is too large and I can't see anything properly. It won't let me resize to make anything fit, so I keep clicking the wrong thing, making the app frustrating and less than useless.

Absolute rubbish. Doesn't even fit on the screen unless you turn the phone sideways. Login form thinks one or other field is blank even when both are filled out. Doesn't let you choose between filling your internal storage with pdfs or using the SD card.

While functional, it doesn't properly fit to the screen in either orientation, making it hard to reach functionality in certain places of the screen.

After the recent update the app doesn't open and gives an error, "Your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue". Tried clearing data and reinstalling, no luck. Was excited to finally see an update, but lol the app has always been poorly designed and more trouble than it's worth 🤷‍♀️.

It's such a shame this app just doesn't work very well. The "download all" function is a terrible idea and once pressed it's *impossible* to cancel, even if you delete the files and uninstall the app, they still come back when you reinstall it.

The app seemed like great idea and it worked for about a minute but it has a forced landscape perspective which I don't like. Now the App doesn't work at all it just keeps crashing. I wish they would have put more thought and further development into the app.

Since the last update the app will at least launch, and allow both portrait or landscape view. Unfortunately, it still does not allow you to select an SD card for storage, which means it's still bad for managing a large library on a device

UI is very difficult to use, and the graphics refuse to scale. Could not even enter my login credentials.

Thoroughly broken - it crashes on almost every action. I had to restart the app between accessing anything. I've gone back to the website for now. Hope things get resolved.

Bad UI, all the buttons at stacked on one another so you can't press anything. Downloads randomly disappear, I've had to redownload the same book several times. Doesn't update when you purchase something, missing hlaf my library.

Fatal application error trying to open the latest version on my mi a2 lite. Looking forward to this working as I like the idea if being able to manage my library this way. Update 28/10 - new update fixed fatal error so it now loads but I am unable to download files. Says don't have permission to download even though permissions have been granted.

Really wanted to like the application, have uninstalled it because of clunky interface and half of my library could not be downloaded or accessed through the application. Just going to manually transfer files to SD card.

G-A-R-B-!-T-C-H! Just like their webpage this app is outdated and crashes before loading. A waste of time and memory space. If they can't keep up with simple technology updates, they might want to consider moving over for a company that can do the work to earn our continued patronage.
