Is missing Touch Sensor to login and widgets. Besides sometimes that app becomes really slow and lagged
Android app doesn't show full figure, the label doesn't show full word. Not so user-friendly
Really good app for beginner traders, it is true that it needs a few new updates an features but they are doing an amazing job so far!
This app needs further development. One important feature to have would be the historic interactive charts. Actually many useful features can be borrowed from Plus500 app :)
I like the look at the app and it's functions and able to buy stocks. But why no Canada option to sign up, so far I'm only using the testing function because I can't sign up for Canada as an option. Why is there all sorts of countries available but no Canada option. Would love to be able to buy stocks for real but I can't.
Using OnePlus 5T. The labels in the command buttons are all cut off.
Slow, unresponsive, buggy and there was no option for Canada even ..
User experience is completely broken on OnePlus 5T. All text and numeric labels are trimmed. Any chance to get it fixed asap?

The app won't let me submit my ID so my account can finish being set up.

I was really hopeful about this app before I downloaded this app. Unfortunately, the app is very slow and unresponsive. Whenever I try to do something on this app, e.g. accessing WatchList or portfolio or anything else, it becomes unresponsive. Kindly, check into this matter. If anybody else has another better app, please let me know in the reviews. Thank you.
Excelent investment app for newbie investors. Multiple deposit options. Been using it since Jan 2017 and have never encountered technical issues.
Cannot enter stocks charts unless u put them on the home screen watch list
Having issues signing in on app but not the same online. Keeps telling me "Login Failed: Error: User Login Failed" please fix.
Don't use this app. Waste of time and money
So I enter in my bank validation microdeposits, and I keep getting told they are incorrect but I've checked and re-entered a dozen freaking times and of course I hit help and it just takes me to FAQ not anything that could actually help me. If you want my business you better respond here quick
Aside from having issues with the micro deposits this seems like a great easily navigated app. I'm looking forward to learning more about investing.
I can't sign in it wouldn't load
App crashes sometimes and fingerprint support would be a great feature to have.
Consistently crashing when I open charts
After uploading photo of valid ID, checking "Yes" under "Does your Photo ID list your current address?" Causes the app to freeze and become unresponsive.
Love the company! But please pleased invest more resources into optimizing this app. It is heavily underdeveloped and would love to give feedback as a user. News articles don't open correctly for example

Love the new app from feb'16. Would be great if the website can be updated as good as the app. Also, pretty much all historical data is limited to two years, will be great to look at long term trending of stocks the same way google finance shows it (5yr, 10yr and max)

There's much better apps out there. This one is effectively unusable on both the HTC M8 and Samsung S6 and I'm sure most devices. It freezes, lags, and when you want to press on a particular stock it opens another one for no apparent reason. Useless application.
No Canada selection for country. Date of birth through registration starts at 1999 and hard to navigate back to my DOB. I am not that old by the way. Uninstalled the App within 2 minutes from install and after trying to go to the stupid wizard for first install and creating account. Don't bother with it and it is not worth your time.
