App experiencing technical difficulty notification upon launching. Upon uninstalling and reinstalling app from the play store I received a notification this app was built for an older version of Android and to check with developer for an updated version. App still does not work just loads the login screen and nothing is selectable.
This app has crashed and needs to be reprogram to work properly, I have been trying for several weeks to get it to work correctly. It will not log my daily driving and now will not allow me to install. As a Loyal customer, I feel that we should be given some type of credit.
Wasn't working correctly, so I reinstalled it. Still not working. Last recorded trip was a week ago. I average 6 trips a day, sometimes more. What has happened to this app?!
Crashed, wouldn't always record drives. Difficult to connect to account for extra drivers
I try to log in and it tells me that they are experiencing technical difficulties. How does this get fixed? When can this get fixed?
Won't open. Keeps crashing.

This app doesn't work for the Galaxy S21 5G.

I like the route tracing but it says I brake hard when I havent braked at all OR while travelling the speed limit (65mph) and the light changes and I have to brake harder than usual. Thats hardly "hard braking". I guess this is how they can justify the regular rate increases for drivers with excellent driving records. Borderline voluntary data collection scam.
In less than 1 month of using this, i got an email from allstate rewards saying i get $93.38. So i chose to claim it and it said i could use it in their merchandise stuff or giftcards...or...cash out! It said a check will be sent to the address on file. Yay! Just have to work on my braking...haha
Ive made over 12 trips so far i havent earnesd a single point, and i keep the app running what a waste of time
At one point I would love to look back at my data, now it is telling me so far this month I have only driven a few times. I would like to say that's the case but it is far from the truth. Since the merger it hasn't work properly. I just hope it goes back so I can really get my discount.
I like that it tells you the miles and time it took for you to get somewhere. Also it makes me more aware of my driving habits and I really like that.
You can't paste into password field, and password field is character capped at 10 characters. So can't really use it at all.
It used to work, I got an email saying that I haven't used the app in a month. But when I try to set it up it says there is a system error try later.
Was good before as a stand alone app now it works sometimes when it feels like .. Will give more feedback to the developmentors
I've been having trouble with this app since I got it. It doesn't log every trip and constantly says I'm braking hard when I'm not even pressing the break. SMH, i expected more out of Allstate
It will not let me login. It keeps saying something then try again later. I have tried multiple times and cannot get it to log in
Driving a new vehicle this year and notice app shows "hard braking" when I stop for Hwy stop lights when going 55 mph and light changes from green to red. The Law says STOP. Based on traffic I stop. This app does not acknowledge stop lights on highway.
It doesn't record your trips if you have a data saver or battery saver turned on. The app is always running by default so I'm not sure why the developers can't fix the issue.

Solid, but earlier versions were crashy. Still a bit of a battery hog.
It Stops my phone from functioning properly. Now as I type the app is completely frozen, hate this app, so very much, can't emphasize that enough.
It's good, but more simplistic details about how to use points applied to discount insurance rate
App has repeatedly stopped working, with no warning that anything is wrong until I get an email a month later saying Allstate is no longer receiving data from the app. I then have to reinstall the app, then call my agent to get a new install code. This is getting tiresome.
