I'ts owesome but i have an problem, when i download it 1st time all cars automatically unlocked but when i download it 2nd time all cars are locked please tell me, what's the problem

Hi today I downloaded this game but in instructions are given that if you will cross the traffic light then police will chase you then I know when the car stop at traffic light but even not crossing the traffic light then be police will chase me so if my comments is right so like

I enjoy it. However, it is very laggy/glitchy on my device even in low graphics mode. When a few cars are on the screen at once, the frame rate decreases and increases annoyingly and makes it difficult to maintain driving in a straight line. It would be a lot better if we could choose an even lower mode that wouldn't be so sensitive to increased simultaneous 3D objects.
