Useless app. Doesn't allow you to book anything. Stuck on 'no network connectivity try again error' even though data is on and all other apps work just fine. Once error comes you can do nothing else except killing and restarting the app. Service was good first time I used it but later they made me pay even for their mistakes - headlight and oil filter gone immediately after service but had to pay for getting that repaired. That too after 3 times they tried to correct that. their mechanic broke my head light and stuck it with fevikwik. Two stars cos first service was good.

Utter worst service. Booked emergency breakdown service at 9am for 236rs ,no one responded till 10am. And also unable to cancel it as it says access has been denied to server. So basically it's a fraud service.

This company is a fraud. I bought AMC plan from them. They did 2 services after that on their website they have mention business is closed. On their app, they say they don't service in my area. Fraud. Stay Away

No available slot for future date also, it seems they are closed now without giving any notification to existing customer

Service is not that much good l booked twice, on both time an inexperienced mechanic wasted my time. Please do remove full service tag from ur booking.I booked full service he did only change of air filter(not need) , disk break pad and damper and chain oiling that's it. I told him to clean carbarator, tapet adjustment, battery check and having issue with vibration but he refused to do.Second time they send mechanic to see issue but he don't know anything.

Am a Happy customer.. I just want to say Good job drivojoy because I booked my TVS sport service and other issue it was completely solved . 2 to 3 times am did service in tvs showroom but they not solved and recommended corborater replacement but drivojoy mechanic solved the issue without any replacement in Corborater so thanks to drivojoy. And thanks to mechanic he feel like his bike and did service in front of me so am a Happy customer of drivojoy ..😊😊

Was thinking of using this service for bike and for few of my friends bike, however, the feedbacks I've read is overwhelming. It maybe a good company, but the employees are unprofessional and untrained for sure. They have the mentality that no matter what happens, they'll get the minimum ₹230 just for visiting and 'touching' the bike. As everyone said, if there's any issue post-servicing, you can take your bike back to the mechanic, however, in this case, one has to wait for them to give their time from their so-called busy schedule. Thank you sir, but it's quite clear from the hundreds of feedbacks that you do not have any intention to better yourself. And one last question, as you claim that your mechanics are Shell certified, do your mechanics or you have any proof or certificate for that matter, that they are Shell certified? I hope Shell will give the details of your claim if asked through legal channels.

I thought of trying drivojoy this sunday for my Honda Activa Service. The person was very punctual and came at 8.30 am. He listened to all the issues and did a good servicing. The good thing is, if they need to replace any part, they will call and inform you about the product and also will use genuine parts and will open the packing in front of you. If you feel it is expensive then might be true, but servicing my bike in koramangla with using local products also bills me the same amount. So, I would definitely recommend this. The only this is that you might not get the water jet cleaning, which anyways I think is wastage of water in cities like Bangalore. Great job DrivoJoy

Not recommended at all. Made a booking for 12th July for 8:30am. Got a confirmation message as well with mechanic's number as well. He didn't turned up till 8:50am so I called him. He was not having a clue that he was having a booking and told me that he can come tomorrow. I booked again for 13th July. Same mechanic. He came 1hr late. Changed air filter, oil filter, and oil. Checked brakes and some very basic checks. I reminded him of cleaning carborator. Didn't had a clue how to do it. He definitely did not complete all the 37 checks DrivoJoy claims for a full service Charged me 1125 for service (which I was not happy at all) and spare parts.

Drivojoy is good for nothing..door step service is for name sake. Worst part is if they are not able to repair it at your doorstep, u still have to pay 230.. I recommend everyone not to go for drivojoy

They have sent the mechanic and then mechanic said to give vechile for more then 2 days. God knows how this company works. Without telling the issue they want the bike for 2 days. If this is the case then why you give door step service. The most pathetic service given by any company. Customer care of no use. They will always argue with over the small issues and try to give example of uber and ola. There customer care is also not reachable many times. And even if they pick the call then rather giving solution they will land you in other trouble and start doing gossip by putting the call on hold. My strong suggestion please never opt for this company service you will going to loose your money big time. It's better to go to authorise service centre rather opting for them. The worst experience from any service company who even fights for one rupees with you. Really bad exptience.

One word... PATHETIC... Took my bike saying fork bent removal and cone set replacement will fix the issue. No improvement after the service. On complaint mechanic visited and said there is no problem with the bike..said replace the rim. Nonsense...Bike steering now stuck totally while taking right,had to stop in the middle of the road as steering was stuck. When complaint the next day again, ticket was raised but nobody reached out to me. Have drained RS 1500+, now feeling cheated.

Long ago I bike was serviced yesterday I came to know that of the oil leakage in engine they have made a big hole and put car bolt. My life screwed due to this I am end up with replacing engine cover. Really nonsense service from Drivojoy.

Service is not that much good. It is OK OK. My bike had problem with indicators, flasher was not working. Mechanic replaced it with new one then it worked fine but by end of the day it stopped again. He should analyse the problem then repair it. I decided to give my bike to authorised service centre only.

Drivojoy is a great app as well the service is very good.. Specially the mechanic Prashanth TM is very knowledgeable and he knows in and out of bike. I would recommend people to use this app and service instead of going to service station. Here you can see what changes and service they are doing..

More than satisfied.! My scooter had starting trouble. Group of 3people-2mechanics and a quality officer arrived on time. They did every check as mentioned in the app. The service happened before me and it was so satisfying. They did driving test as well. The mechanics were polite and professional not ready to accept tips.It felt like exactly the same after showroom service but at one-third of the cost!!! Would definitely recommend to my frnds!

Prashanth did a good job of servicing my tvs Wego. He corrected the started issue with the scooter. Arrived on time. Very polite. Available on weekends which a additional pls point.

I got my vehicle serviced 12 dayz back.2 days after the service there was some sound from headlight mask.i called n told about the issue.but they have not send the mechanic till date.they r least conserned.very poor service.

Never go for this service. They charged me an amount and did service half(saying spare parts not available). Kept me for wait of around one month and still telling to wait..

Finally my bike problem solved after three attempts. Mechanic name is Prashant he explained well and told the exact root cause of the issue which i was facing from last few weeks.

They charge excess for engine oils and ok only to do the minimum work related to service. You can use them only when you get stuck with flat Tyre. Don't ask for any part replacement suggested by them

Had a grt wrk with driveojoy mechanic.. they really explain things and do work with atnost clarity.. thnx to prashanth the guy who visited me 😊

Great service at doorstep ,convienance​ don't have to hassle and argue with mechanic maybe a bit pricier compared to local mechanics but worth it

I serviced my suzuki access. Now I came to know that suzuki access have oil filter. And it need to be changed in every oil change. Ty drivojoy

Worst app ever seen.. unable to do sign up using Facebook,unable to do sign up using Google,when tried with Google it asks for mobile number,when entered number it asks for otp when entered otp it says phone number already exists and took me to sign up screen. Forget password link not working.

Used their service for my bike full service...they do service for sake of doing...worst ever seen cleaning...they seems cleaned with some waste engine oil which sticks to your clothes..they done oiling to bike...the same day itself my bike breaks giving noise while applying breaks.
