Edit : Ok, you can change it, but when first signing in you have to use liters and can't change it. Afterwards you can. The search feature for electric charging didn't seem to work. Original : Whelp, can't use it. They have options to select your vehicle as electric, but then force you to put in a fuel capacity in liters. How many liters is an 82kWh battery pack?
Great app, but I have paid for a service without ads, and the app insists on asking me for a 5-star rating. I would rather deal with ads instead of this hounding to rate the app 5-stars. I use the app maybe three or four times a month, and I reckon I get asked nearly every time I open the app.
Very easy to use and detailed. I am considering the subscribed version, but still playing around with the free version for now.
I Like registering maintenances, expenditures and incomes from my cars. Would like to have the reminders more accurately working (that's the only issue avoinding the 5th star) unfortunately need to pay to be able to export to a new phone. Would like to be able to share with the new owner in case I sell the car...
Can't back up data without subscription. The MPG data is not calculated for the current refuel. You need to look at the previous fill up for MPG. Okay, I'm getting use to it. The app is pretty. Would be 5 stars, if the reminders worked. When I try to set the next oil change reminder it records it in the history as if it has already taken place.
Great app. Need add some features to be a better app. Very useful. I think it needs: - Title for services (some text more generic and not the first service)
Great app but the adverts are very intrusive. An option to purchase a version without ads would be great. I would be willing to pay for the Pro version if there wasn't already better apps that didn't charge for the same features. Also if it was a once of payment instead of a subscription service. Based on the continual popups, my rating has gone down to 1 star. I pretty much do not rely on this app anymore. But use others.
Had to switch apps after my old one was no longer supported. Came across this Drivvo app and am so glad I did. It works great. I had a little trouble getting my old data transferred over (probably operator error) and contact support. They were GREAT. Have never experienced much better support. They got everything set up and it all synced just fine. I'm looking forward to using this app well into the future.
I was importing information from a different app into this one and while it worked rather well for one vehicle minus some notes, I couldn't figure out how to import a second one. I contacted support and they were able to import it for me and help make some adjustments to get things working well. So far, I'm very happy with this app and am testing it for a while before I decide to pay for the pro version. The support is wonderful and the app is working really well.
Many features, cloud sync, nice design. However, too many ads / subscription only, one currency only (!) and especially - odometer is mandatory field - which in real life is highly impractical restriction - you may know what you paid and for what - it's on payslip usually - but you may forget to write down odometer value and you are screwed - apps should be more flexible than that (and some are, luckily).
I was using this app for a long time. The ad situation has gotten bad. When I started, it would consume data to display various graphic banner ads. No problem if you don't have data on. They were easy to scroll by while entering mileage and such. In a recent update, the app now does screen hijacks. Yes, that's right. If you connect to the gas station's WiFi, drivvo will hijack your entire screen and autoplay video ads. Just like the very worst websites of 2007. Oh, you can disable this, for a fee. One time purchase? No, no. A monthly subscription fee. No way is this glorified spreadsheet worth that amount. But, hey, one of the perks listed as a Pro Subscriber is that they will update the program! That's right, they only improve the app for the monthly fee. They sure can fit time in to make it worse for non-subs though.
Great app that captures a lot of detailed info about your car maintenance, however the ads are incessant! They pop on every screen, inline with your vehicle data, and often cover the majority of the screen. The only option to get rid of them is by signing up for a subscription service. Absolutely ridiculous for what this app does.
I have used the app for years and really like it. The ability to get set up service prompts is great. I can get a prompt for anything I want to manage-windshield wipers, brake pads, tires, oil, and more. Use on all three cars and sync across the family. The only feature I would like to see added, is the ability to dump to a spreadsheet for management on my desktop. A desktop app that syncs with Drivo would be great. One of the best apps I have for desktop syncing is Recipe Keeper. The cross platform functionality in that app is amazing.
The app is amazing, pro prices are reasonable but I didn't renew until the following is added/fixed: 1) there should be an option for stopping the prompt to specify the station I refueled from. It's a pointless hassle for those living where prices are the same for all stations. 2) When choosing a vehicle to view costs, incomes and reports, there should an option for all vehicles that I own. Sometimes I want to view my transportation costs in aggregate not for each vehicle individually.
Says it can import data, asked for a file the first time I ran it, but I didn't have the export from my old phone. After getting the export I can not find an option to import. So they sent me a document to explain how to import my old data. Turns out I had to delete my truck, uninstall the app and reinstall and start all over again. Yeah, that doesn't deserve more than 1 star.
Really great app! Been a Pro user since 2018 and they just keep adding more to it. Now has a web interface as well and you can sync your data. Great features, reporting, filtering, reminders... All the bells and whistles. Rock steady too.
