Started using this application, you had to hold the buttons, whether it was a start ,lock or unlock buttons. I think it was a good idea because it prevented accidental operation of one of those three functions. With a recent update, all you need to do now is simply touch a button and the app carries out whatever button you push. I wish the app gave the option to only tap buttons or to tap and hold buttons.

After my last vehicle was stolen, I can sleep at night again. 4/29/22 UPDATE My car was stolen last night, almost exactly 2 months since the last vehicle was stolen. Owner's Note: There's a button that disables the alarm. It's not called "Disable." I don't know if it's a default setting; or, if somehow, somewhere, I tapped a system setting option marked, "Valet." It doesn't matter. Please consider renaming the button, or including that in the description, or turning the script red.

Works As Designed! I've had this system setup on my Lexus for several years with no issue. These guys are great and actually provided a specialized discount because the exchange rate for the Canadian Dollar was so trash, that I basically paid par for my renewal. Anyone complaining about 3G etc; this is across the board with all the OEMs & A/M providers. It'll be active in Canada as long as you have an active subscription. The offer to upgrade to the LTE module is rather inexpensive as well too.

It's been great for 1st year and now after I renewed service. Lately I get notices 20min later that car has started or car has been turned off. 3 days ago started car and it turned back off I started it again and it turned back off both times with the app 3rd time I used the key fob and it did same thing Idky. Hasn't done it since. So their is a glitz I think.

Works great except for 2016 Chevy silverado. It will not kick on the heated seats and it doesn't default the heat to high when it's cold, nor does it set it to cool when it's hot out. It only runs the vehicle at the last setting you used. It is hard to remember to set the heat to high when you get out of a warmed up vehicle.

Works great. Very convenient especially since the phone is always near and range is incredible. Was amazed to be able to start vehicle from 10 miles away.

Very satisfied with DroneMobile app. I can always check from any distance to verify that doors are closed. I get alerts on my phone which is very useful for numbers of reasons. Having unlimited range is also another great benefit.

So much better than a factory remote start! 35 minute run time and able to restart multiple times. Mine was installed on a 2013 F150. Really like the ability to lock/unlock/start the truck from anywhere.

Sometimes the app doesn't respond or doesn't refresh. Other times I really can't tell if my vehicle is actually started. It shows engine off although the engine on countdown timer is running. This is with a good signal

I previously gave a poor review due to app issues. I've increased this review b/c they responded in a timely manner, suggested I should reach out to them, which I did. They responded to me in that and helped me out!!! They updated somethings that I needed done (I thought was already updated). It has been several weeks and so far so good. I really appreciated they took the time to respond and took time to assist n help me out. Plus get me up on my feet with the app. Thanks DRONE TEAM!!

Works good but can be better. Sometimes glitchy and gives false information about the battery. Had to remove battery part because always saying battery is low when it had anew battery and everything checks out fine.

Error messages, app not connecting to internet when everything else does. Not impressed. Would be great if you could count on it but you can't. The one time I really needed it. It failed to work. Been trying to use this now for a while. All I can say is SCAM. Still nothing but trouble. This IS NOT something you can rely on. Constant battery drain also. 12/7/21 update. So sick of Drone Mobile I got an appointment to have it completely removed from my truck. Not one battery drain issue since.

All seems to work for the most part, I would give it 5 stars but, the milage interval cannot be reset with the app, you must use the web interface.

I love being able to start my car in the morning for it to warm up. Also like being able to check at night to make sure that it's locked with the app. Once my sister needed to get into my car while I was at work and I was able to unlock it and let her in, and lock it back what she got what she needed. I only ever had one hiccup and I was at a birthday party, had locked my purse and my keys in there and for some reason the app failed me. Only once and never again

B-came a cust. Fri. 3/18/2022 I have not been able to experience my Auto Remote Start yet but thats no fault of Drone I have an appt. to have my system reprogrammed or whatever the install tech has to do this Saturday. I have been able to enjoy every other aspect of my Drone Mobile App. I find it to be phenomenal. I am sure when the install Tech corrects his previous work on my system and I acquire Auto Remote Start I will be a very Happy and Satisfied Customer---even more than I am now.

The app is annoying. Works great but it keeps telling me that my battery is low even when I replaced it. Either give me the option to stop the notification or fix the issue please.

Constant application issues. The widget doesn't work I've sent many screen shots and have done everything they ask but they keep saying it is the unit and to take it to the installer. As others have said they don't understand the difference between hardware software and applications. The service has been spotty for the past 2 months with complete outages on many occasions. Over xmas nothing was reported my truck could have been in Mexico and not known it.

5 star App, always room for improvement. Majority of time when I encounter an issue it's related to my cell service which is what is used to push commands, so drone has no control over that. They are responsive when the app is unable to communicate with servers and diligent to fix the communication issue. From recent recall the server couldn't refresh for about 12 hours before I received an email showing they fixed the problem.

Commands work, GPS works. Everything is good except it keeps showing me unlocked and disarmed when it's locked and armed. Otherwise it's a great app. Much better than Uconnect or Sirius Xm Guardian factory equipped on Ram trucks. UPDATE - Turns out it was in valet mode. Once I turned that off everything works. Also the developer responded quickly to my original review with suggestion to turn on auto refresh. Wasn't the problem but thanks. I didn't see that setting before.

So I think this app is great and I rated 5 stars the first time. BUT now the timer in the controls tab is acting funny. I'll start the vehicle and in the app it'll count down regularly but then the time will show a different time. It'll switch back and forth in between two different times. I'll even turn the vehicle OFF and it'll show the timer still counting down.

Works great most of the time. Sometimes there is a software issue and the app will not remote start even from the key fob when the software is down.

DO NOT BUY!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! IT DOESN'T WORK!!! Unless you subscribe to their most expensive plan, the app barely works. I had the expensive plan the first 30 days. As soon as I went to the cheaper plan, because I didn't need all the additional bells and whistles, just to start. On more than one occasion the start timer was running but as I stood next to my car, it was not turned on. This app is a bait-n-switch, meaning: "if you want the product to ACTUALLY work, you need to pay extra."

Like the app, and only occasionally run into connection problems. But whoever adjusted the time on the app for daylight saving goofed and set it the AM hours to PM.
