I enjoy actually riding the bikes and think there is a lot of potential there for short term travel within the city but the app leaves a lot to be desired. It's consistently glitchy and often lags making it difficult to use. I also found the requirement of taking a picture to confirm the bike having been locked up, difficult to use when I was attempting to end my ride due to a sudden rain storm.

I had no idea if I returned the bikes properly if I was still getting charged or what. I contacted support. they asked if the app said "trip ended" I told them no. they asked me to stop and restart the app. no good. no confidence my trip was over and I was not being charged more. very frustrating. bikes were great. lots of fun. the app and the system need wotk.

Just terrible. The app and the bike. The front basket was broke, gears didn't work, the handlebars were not lined up straight with the front wheel, there was some something rubbing in the wheel that made it more difficult to pedal, and the chain was very loose, slipping often and even falling right off...twice. Ended up walking home. The app was also incredibly slow, glitching and lagging. It took me several minutes to submit of picture of the locked bike. All after paying $50 in deposit.

Extremely poor implementation of the application. very bad responsiveness within the app coupled with a terrible lag makes usage of the app very challenging and not worthwhile. you might want to consider revamping the app and optimizing it for the devices it's available on. it's very hard to scan the qr codes and take pictures of the bike at the end the trip due to the very prominent lag that's present on the app.

App is horribly slow and unresponsive. Frequent crashes. Also had a friend who couldn't end their ride: the camera was really choppy in the app, and it kept crashing when they tried to end the ride. Do yourself a favour and don't try these bikes, unless you want to fight for your money back. Also the bikes are slow and can't handle even the slightest incline. Garbage all around.

I like the idea of bike sharing however this experience was not what I hoped for. edit: I downloaded the app 5 days ago and upon the first ride I was unable to end the trip and the app kept crashing when I pressed end trip. Customer support finally got in contact and issued the refund but it took a few days and multiple messages. The bike was not of very good quality compared to other bike sharing services I've tried in the past and difficult to pedal, small wheels and not energy efficient.

You broke Rule #1 of Programming; NEVER PUSH NEW CODE ON A FRIDAY! Providing bike rentals is not a challenge, developing a functional and fluid piece of software is a challenge. Unfortunately some of the bugs I experienced made it difficult for me to give a higher rating. Issues with launching the app, or being charged twice are clearly issues that could have been smoothed out or fixed in beta.

I gave this service a shot, but it just isn't ready for primetime. The app is incredibly laggy and the quality of the bikes are much lower than other bike share programs. The saving grace is that overall, the cost is very cheap ($1/ride) and the customer service is good. I hope this improves over time, but I'm not ready to use this full time.

the escooter looks better than the others and its a little bit more affordable. I like the bag hook it has. but it takes 4-6 mins to start/end a trip since you're paying for the precious time it takes to end thee trip! when I take a photo its real choppy and gets stuck on searching for lock or submitting photo. i have to forcibly close the app and reload 8/13/19 I decided to rent an electric bike unlock it the electric doesnt work I put it back. it took over 6 mins I got charged anyway

wouldn't even start properly. prompted me for my phone number and then went into a pepetual "loading" state. shutting it down and restarting send it to the same state. it would seem this app is key to executing on their business model. i hope they get this fixed before they go out of business.

Bad experience overall. The app is super slow on Pixel 2 when cameras on. Bicycles are lack of maintance. Live customer services respond in hours. Confused user experience when trying to find a bike in the app. Orange dots doesn't means bicycles available. Overall, not recommended at this time of point.

As countless others have commented, the app is so slow and unresponsive as to be unusable. Interestingly it worked for me for my first 2–3 trips, but has failed to be able to return bikes ever since, wasting a ton of my time to resolve and draining my battery in the process.

I really enjoyed using this app to ride bikes in kelowna but unfortunately the app doesn't work anymore. It gets stuck on the 'logging in' page everytime I try opening it. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling again but it doesn't work. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 so it should work but unfortunately it doesn't. I would give this app a 4/5 for the experience but it is only getting a 2 because I cant use it at all and I still have $20 in the account that will likely be lost... :(

I gave this app several chances, each time ending with me deleting the app and sending a complaint email to customer service. Very laggy, freezes or crashes upon every attempt at use, particularly when ending a ride. I spend almost as much time standing on the sidewalk trying to resolve app issues as I do riding the bikes or scooters.

Way too many bugs. Constantly have to uninstall the app and redownload. It doesn't hold on to the all day pass, making you buy a new one every time the app crashes and needs reinstalled. Great potential masked by some really detrimental problems

This is a tragically slow app at all steps of use, even "Loading theme..." It feels like it's doing its best to brick my phone, and last time I rode it crashed multiple times. Today I just gave up and walked. Please make some fundamental changes to the code.

the first two bikes i tried wouldnt work at all. when i finally got one to work, i couldn't load the map on the app to figure out where i was going. When i got to my destination, I missed two buses trying to load the camera to take a picture of the bike lock. It wouldnt let me submit the photo. all around terrible.

I can't even register. Unexpected error appears as soon as I put in the verification code and then it appears to be loading but nothing happens. Uninstalling. Shame too, because there's a drop bike outside my apartment I was curious about using today.

The app kept freezing itself and all my other apps to the point I had to restart my phone multiple times. Many bikes are broken as well. I did have an enjoyable ride but it was annoying restarting my phone constantly.

I installed this app hoping to use the drop bike service during my vacation in Kelowna BC in May 2019. The drop bike locations are shown on the map in this app, but bikes and bike racks are non-existent. When I was planning my trip earlier in the year Drop bike website showed Kelowna as one of their service locations. Very disappointed!

Almost all bikes are "unavailable", the app is so slow it is unusable, and is very buggy. It began to time my trip for a bike that wouldn't unlock and I couldn't use any other bikes.

DO NOT TRUST. SCAM ALERT. They literally siphoned every last cent from my partner's bank account, even after he finished his ride and secured the bike back up in a timely fashion as instructed. He has been charged huge amounts out of his bank account totaling about $500 and counting, and the company is very hard to get a hold of so he still has no idea what's going on.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was charged $150 deposit to use this app. I am a student at kcai and was told this was supposed a free thing for students campus wide. I never got to use the bike, the app had trouble connecting to the Ebike and said (bike is in use) and so i left it at the hub come to find out, they with helo my account. I went to go back and take a picture to prove, the bike never moved from its position, and that i never rode it anywhere. But the app continuously crashes.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We picked up the bike after spending forever trying to set up the very poorly prigramed app, only to find out seconds later that the bike did not work. We tried to return the bike to the location we picked it up at, only to be notified by the app that the bike must be dropped off elsewhere. WE PAID TO WALK A DISFUNCTIONAL, HEAVY BIKE UP A RAMP FOR 15 MIN TO ITS PROPER PARKING SPOT. was trying to have a nice night with my boyfriend. totally ruined my nigjt.

To use this app, they will charge you hold of $150, and then give it back to you at the end of the ride. This means that you have to have $150 in your account before you ride. And, the download for the app took more than 10 minutes, and it crashed my phone, so I uninstalled it. No wonder the bikes near my residence have been sitting there for two weeks and it seems that no one has used them. Hope my information is safe, and NO THANK YOU!

Worst app ever. Will not load, does not work. The ebikes associated with this app are also worthless. It will take $150 from your account and never get it back. I had to cancel my bank card and legally dispute the charges with the assistance of my bank. Buyer beware. This app is a complete nightmare.

We were really excited to see this option in Prairie Village at Meadowbrook Park. The App is so buggy though that we gave up trying. Not worth the effort. It's costly too. Now we know why all the bikes were just sitting there. Hoping it improves, but it did not work for our family.

Weak app and weak service. 2/3 bikes on map weren't available. Dropoff points aren't widespread enough. Couldn't unlock my bike and had to abandon it midride. Support takes too long to respond.

worst service ive ever had. they say "first ride free" but then charge $150 as a deposit. i was never even able to get the bike unlocked without it beeping like i was stealing it. it took several hours of them thinking i was riding the bike for them to chat me back and i had to take multiple pictures of the bike to prove i wasn't riding it. total scam.
