Dropbox Sync for Tasker/Locale
This plugin uses the proper Dropbox API, so it doesn't need to store your password, just an access token!
For Tasker users (like myself!) this support variable substitution in the path name, so you can for example, select the file to upload based on the date.

dev not replying to emails, even though i bought it. he abandoned the project a long time ago.
Quirky variable behavior on GB and totally broken on ICS. Developer can't bother to respond to email. Oh well, waste of money, do not buy.
It looks like development has been discontinued since the last update is now over a year old. But still, the plugin crashes on every attempt to edit its configuration in Tasker. Galaxy Nexus, ICS 4.0.3.
Needs a download option. This way I can download documents automatically once I connect to Wi-Fi

Could do with with a bit more description and help at the devs site - for instance if I sync a folder, does it re-send all files in the folder again, or only new files?
It should use oauth instead of asking for my db password. Would you give a stranger your password?

Getting better with folder support! However, doesn't actually sync...only uploads. It should download too.
Constantly crashing.
This Locale add-on does exactly what I need it to do, and it seems to do it well. That being said, I wish it was more-configurable. Suggestions: - An option to create or bypass notifications for uploads in progress, failed uploads, and successful uploads.(I don't feel like a successful uploads worth a notification; others might.) - An option to set the maximum number of upload attempts within a specified internal. (If I uploaded a directory 3 minutes ago, I don't want to upload it again.) - Two-way sync.
