Drops: Hawaiian language learning

Pictures are definitely helpful...also having native speakers makes the lesson better than some other apps. Even better picture and audio now

I just downloaded this app and it will not open after mins of something flying across the screen the app crashes. Huge let down!!

Cool app but why limit the learning? There are other ways you can have a free and premium version that actually is functional (Lingodeer or Duolingo). Prices are far to high to just learn limited vocabulary, even with promotions. The best part of this app is that it has less commonly found languages, and the lessons are cute and fun, so its neat in that aspect, but the 5 minutes of the free version doesn't make me want to buy the premium, just makes me want to find another app honestly.

Easy and pleasant to get started. I like the creative methods provided to learn spelling without having to type each individual letter on a screen keyboard! Will give an update after I've had more experience with the app.

I'm Hawaiian, but I don't know any Hawaiian words beyond the phrases my mom, Tutu, and Aunties would scold me with. So, as to accuracy of this app on words and pronunciation...seems fine to me. Mostly, I just wanted my children to learn a part of their culture and this app was free with great reviews. We only did one 5-minute lesson, but so far it's easy, fun, and more importantly my kids are engaged (because, you know, it's 5 minutes). I'm glad I downloaded this.

It's ok. Whether the noun is ke/ka isn't given so you're left on your own to figure it out. Five minutes is all you get to practice, then you get badgered to buy, buy, buy. Good idea for an app, but greedy and obnoxious about getting you to fork out money. I uninstalled it. Too annoying!

I love how its set up, making it fun to learn! Just what Ive been looking for. I wish it was cheaper or let you play longer, perhaps charging monthly or weekly or by the subject instead of charged yearly makes it too expensive for most to afford. Reconciliation for Hawai'i needs to include this app being paid for and given for free to everyone who lives here, so we can all speak Hawai'ian again

Fun and addictive. Certainly a beginner demonstration of repetition. Very useful for remembering the words long term!

It's a really good app :) I just wish we could have at LEAST 10 minutes a day of practice, it's sad that we only get 5 and otherwise have to pay. But other than that, would definitely recommend.

For aspiring translators like me, try Drops apps! High quality app, I like it! Nice app! But please extend the time because some people don't have money to afford the premium. But I still will give 5 stars. Thanks Drops!

Wow! This is fun and addictive! It doesn't even seem like learning. I have to force myself to stop after 5 cuz I could play forever but my mind would prob explode. Lol

Fun and easy. Good repetition and variation of words to keep it fresh.

This app is kind of like a game and very fun! they keep showing you so you dont forget, I've been trying to learn hawiian ever since i watched moana 3 yrs ago, it is very affective and im very glad i flound it!

I think it's a good app but unless you buy the premium version it only gives you a five minute lesson a day but other than that it's a good app hope this feedback helped

Great, natural way to learn a language. Just wish they had more languages like Tongan.

Has you spell it. Picture match it. Remember it. Fun while learning. Favorite part- to HEAR the word and pronunciation of Hawaiian vowels 💯🤙

So far so good. I like the repetitive use of each word and spelling. I feel like this could help me but I'll let you know after I'm finished.

This app is great. I learned some new words in the first five minutes. It will be very cool to show my friends at school.

Its so easy but it gets harder and they let you pick your topics so no bad things.

Good reinforcement of words, words are related which will make them easier to form sentences with.
