The game includes six game modes: Normal, Hard, Lightning, Blocker, Relax and Untimed. Whether you just want to relax, or are looking for something challenging, there's a game mode that will suit you.
The game offers three dictionaries:1. Scrabble: contains all the 2-to-8-letter words from the SOWPODS list of Scrabble competition words. This amounts to 114575 words, including both US and UK spellings. Because this is a Scrabble dictionary, proper nouns like "June" or "Rome" are not included. Plurals are included.2. Webster's: based on the Webster's New International Dictionary, 2nd Edition, this contains 87416 2-to-8-letter words. Includes some proper nouns, but not plurals or Scrabble-specific words (such as my own favourite, "QI"!). I have added certain words that seemed to be missing in error: BOX, HAS, KID, NEAR.3. Both! The combination of the Scrabble and Webster's dictionaries, comprising 153136 words. This is the dictionary used by default.
You can switch dictionary via the game's Options dialog.
Includes optional access to PapayaMobile's social network, global leaderboards, and achievements!

Loved the game but is there a way to remove the shooting stars that appear every time I complete a word. They're really off-putting and I find I am no longer enjoying playing.
Just changed to a Moto G6 and this game is now so slow it's unplayable. Too bad, was one of my favorite games.

I like the game. I would rather only play in using the webster dictionary since the scrabble one uses prefixes and proper nouns and non-English words, which doesn't work when trying to use it with my kids to increase their word recognition and non word are being counted. However with the Webster dictionary, you cannot use plural or past tense or ing words. Too frustrating to be told that "clues" is not a real word when using the Webster dictionary, while "ae" gets accepted with the scrabble one.
A fine game in most respects, ruined by a selfish agenda. While I understand the need for ads, the political ads are an absolute no go. I had considered paying for the pro version before seeing those. A word game is not an appropriate place to push your agenda. That eliminated the pro pay option for me. Plenty of available competition in this space that isn't pushing lies and hate.
This game is unbearably slow loading letters. It's the key process so you should really work on this issue.
I've had this game from the beginning and I love it. I just play untimed version and keep saving the same game as I progress. Trying for 9,999,999 score. Great way to pass the time. One problem, I can no longer save my game, load a saved game, Undo, etc, on my Samsung S8 phone. Disappointed by that. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't even change any settings.
I like the gameplay but when I try to change the options there's some kind of glitch. All I get is an inaccessible screen outsized so that the controls are unreachable. I can't turn off the sound FX!
Since installing Oreo on my phone this game no longer plays properly, it is now slow and hangs. Please fix as I love this game.
I love this! The level of customization is crazy and unlike other word apps... You can change the background theme, the board size (4x4, 5x5, 6x6), rationed vs randomization, disable 2 lettered words, and make it so that your phone doesn't fall asleep while you are looking for words!
Does not work well with Android 9 chopping jerky no smooth transitions
Its a great game, a lot bof fun but can you PLEASE PLEASE stop that red pointing hand telling me I've got one new app? Its annoying beyond words and inDO NOT want another app!!!! Remove it and I will give the last star.
Love the game especially lightning mode, but how do I find out if my high scores are any good in this world?

Too many ads! I reached a score of over 200,000 but it didn't save it. What's up with that?
Game continually resets and starts over if I pause it. This of course happens when youre in a high scoring game which takes longer.

I have played this game for many years and have always enjoyed it. BUT I am not happy at being FORCED to watch a political ad regarding the upcoming referendum in Ireland, especially when that ad is a blatant lie. Please choose your advertisers carefully. It is also unethical to allow American propagandists to have a say on something that does not affect them directly.
TO MANY GODFORSAKEN ADS, WHICH TAKE THE PHONE HOSTAGE, DON'T BOTHER GETTING. IF ANYONE GIVES THIS APP ANYTHING HIGHER OF AN POOR RATING, GUARANTEE THEY WORK FOR THE COMPANY...
Way too many ads!! After every game , ad. It you manage to get out if the ad it starts back up when to come back to the game. Not worth it. So many ads waste too much time. I know it's free do you get add but this is ridiculous.
I adore this since I can turn off the "timed" mode. I don't enjoy any timed game. It is so much fun and good brain exercise. I just wish I could save my current game and go back to it. Cannot see a way to do that.
