I am fully contented with the medical services and support given by Dr Prax and their Dr alongwith team. I would 200% recommend others to use this app. Very useful.

So, I had a word with them and was refunded the entire amount for unsuccessful appointments. The reason for delay seens to be genuine. Still deducting one star because I think the app can be smoother. Whenever I chat with the doctor, his replies are not shown on time. After the doctor has replied, it doesn't show the reply at that moment and reflects the message only after a few hours.

Stay away from.this apo It a threat to your privacy. You cannot log in if you dont give it permission to access everything in your phone and let make calls and send messages. Who knows what information will be taken/sent from my phone once I give the permission. And, anyway, why does an app for Dr's consultation need permission to access my contacts, media and eant permission to make receive calls and send msgs/information from my phone? I am going to report the matter to google play

Pathetic customer support. Neither they are available on cal nor any one responds to messages. O had booked qn appointment but there os no option to reschedule as Doctor was not available. I had cancel and book another appointment. I had to pay again and refund of the first appointment is not made.

It was working fine before the update. After I updat it's worst. Unable to open app even single time. It's important to contact doctor for me and app is wasting my time. Will inform doctor to not advise this app going forward.

Worst app ever. DON'T USE THIS EVER, instead call dr directly. If you cancel the appointment, they dont process refund. And their customer care is just useless, they dont have manners to talk with customer and dont even respond properly. My refund is pending since 20 days with them, following up with drprax customer care since then and not getting proper response.

Third class app. I don't know why my doctor is insisting for calls on this app (certainly there might be finance angle). When I tried uploading a video, this app keeps stopping/restarting.

Great app! I am happy that now I have my reports and prescriptions handy with me. Also I am saving lot of time as I can follow up with doctors on the phone itself.

Idea behind the app is good but execution is very bad,no refund on time ,doctors come late on calls ,sometimes they even forget to upload prescription and you need to chase them

Working fine previously but after latest update I am unable to open my conversation with my doctor. Pathetic update.

Unable to use ,says update available but after options of update again comes to initial options.Some bug needs to be fixed
