No phone number to call customer service. I waited almost two weeks for my first appointment only to have it cancelled the morning of the appointment. Trouble is the cancelation message was in the app, which I didn't download until ten minutes before the appointment because that's what the one confirmation email said to do. Second appointment, different provider, got into a virtual waiting room and stayed there for fifteen minutes before a pop up message said my provider had declined my visit.
I really love this feature. Not everything is needed to go to your PCP for, especially if you have a "you must come into the office" PCP. I have a really basic tummy bug, need some prescription strength anti nausea, PCP won't prescribe over the phone. Thank goodness for Drs. Online. It only took 2 minutes and costs the same as if I go to my PCP. I really love this option as a way to make staying healthy hassle-free! :)
Adding on to the other comments, but I have been using this app for a long time without any problems. All of the sudden I can no longer access the app due to the pending "updates". This has been a problem for over a month now. I can't believe you have still not fixed the app.
Downloaded the app. Clicked open..it tells me there are updates that need to be downloaded before I can use the app, click OK, re-directed to the app store. There are no updates available. I can not use the app at all
Very frustrating. I am trying to open the app but it keeps telling me I have to update it in the play store. However, there is no option to select to update it. I can only uninstall or open.
When I open the app it says I need to update it so I went to the play store and there is no update button. Only "uninstall" or "open". I uninstalled the app and re installed it and I still can't open the app with out that update pop up.
Terrible, same as the others. I can't open the app. I almost missed my first virtual appointment. Something must be done to repair the app.

Kept getting disconnected but it might have been the Wifi...Most drs where offline maybe because it was late so I had to wait awhile..
Like the last person, I can't even use the app now. It prompts me to update when I already have the latest version.
Waited two hours then my visit automatically canceled, twice ! Two days later, still no doc. Goes from 6 patients left back up to 12 patients left. Plushcare is an older an maybe more experienced online company.

This is not right and i think if you can't provide the service that you charge people for you should shot this app off. That way we will know it is not available.

Woke up with flu symptoms. Within 10 minutes, I was video chatting with a doctor and had a prescription for Tamiflu sent to my pharmacy. No need to go to my doctor, urgent care or clinic. Excellent use or technology!
Expected long wait time during the COVID 19 pandemic, however its been our "turn" in cue for over an hour, yet no doctor onscreen, just a message that the provider will he with you soon.
My visit with my therapist was excellent.
Great for husbands that dont want to go to the doctor!
Great experience for adult ear infection, meds were sent to pharmacy immediately. Accurate diagnosis and ear infection cleared up in a few days. 3☆ due to me not being able to follow up with doc on the app it's not letting me click on select a contact nothin opens up. I have the latest version and no wifi issues. I need to ask a follow up question about the meds and cant such a turn off.
