Constantly having to re enter login information then verify through text code then enter my number for text messages then turn off and back on fingerprint authentication. This has happened a few dozen times. Shouldn't be hard to fix and is a common complaint. Get it together Drummond!! And why after I sign in with fingerprint do I have to enter my password for mobile deposits? Are random people stealing phones and making deposits?? If so please allow it๐
The app never remembers my device so I am always forced to verify with the 2 step process. Now it doesn't even send me the texted code it says it sent to verify so I'm locked out of my banking services. I am leaving Drummond ASAP. If you don't have an account here do not bank here. Nice people but why would you bank somewhere you can't access anything on your mobile device. When I call they can't help me and just tell me "I didn't make the app and can't do anything about it". One even hung up.
I love the drummond app! I can transfer money to or from my savings in an instant no matter the time, I get to use my fingerprint to sign in for security, and I have access to my money at any given time! So grateful for this app, and the fact that you don't need an IT degree to use it! Very easy to use and extremely convenient!
I log on (or try to) multiple times a day. Since the last update, 8 out of 10 log in attempts have to have a security code sent...gets annoying when I am logging in from the same phone everytime. It's like it loses its saved login info
Very difficult to use . Seems not to have a good working order. Most as apps have go tab or next tab at bottom to flow with your eye moving, not this app you got to search for the Contine button. Do not like this app. Very poor design
Finally started working, can now get info on withdrawals as with Balance and Deposits. Though still no update over a year. In person at CKBank Branch location always Dependable, Polite, And Ready for Daily Challenges each Business Day! App should be as reliable for online. For now givingn4 Stars since its allows Inquiries and doesn't waste paper sending statements every month with fee, lets see what happens if does get updated.
App won't even open half the time. What's the point of having something that doesn't work?! I can't even count the times I've attempted to check my balance or pending transfer only to find the app won't load.
The app keeps wanting me to rejoin so I have to put in my code would like to do the fingerprint it does it for a while and then keeps kicking it back to going through all these security things like every other time. The fingerprint to me on my phone is more secure
Buggy. Finger print doesn't work. Keeps requiring a code to log in. Not one of the better apps
Mobile App is not even worth installing. PLEASE, PLEASE ,PLEASE upgrade this app. Having a REALLY difficult time setting up the text banking....Looks like I'm not the only one either.
Having issues with it continually getting to work after several days. It works for a few days then screen won't got to sign in page. Please fix ASAP!
I have to keep uninstalling this app bcuz it keeps asking for authentication. it's becoming annoying.. It's been a while and the problem persist on all my phones. This really sucks!
Used to be great, now constantly requires authentication when trying to check my balance. Used to just use my fingerprint. Now needs my username and password, and then phone number to text me a code. Such a pain in the a**.
Very personable staff. Love the way they handle our business. App works good once you learn how to use it.
Doesn't make any sense for when your account is negative they put it in parentheses rather than adding a negative sign! Thanks for my unnecessary overdraft charges!

Continue button doesn't work when signing into the app. Samsung S20 5g. Will update review when fixed.
I love my online banking! Easy to use and makes banking so much faster than waiting in line.

It keeps telling me it need authorization and I can't use my fingerprint. It make me aggravated.
Great app. Can deposit checks through app, check balances, setup bill pay.
So glad they added check deposit by phone, its easy to navigate in the app.

This app needs some improvements, it doesn't load properly half of the time.
The app is adequate for all my needs. The only reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is that it simply doesn't let me log on occasionally
Employees are very friendly and helpful. I've never had problems banking with them. So hapoy the lobby opened back up in Inglis. I hated going to Crystal River.

For the most part I love this app. Easy to use and I can make transfers between accounts almost instantly. I liked the thumb print opening feature but lately every time I open it, it says Authentication required and I have to type in my password. Can not use the thumb print open feature. They called and this is how to fix it. Log on, click more in bottom right, go to settings, go in and turn off fingerprint access and turn it back on. Close app and then reopen. It should work this time.
