Amazing barometer app! By far the best I've found and tried, and my search for a good one is complete. Had an issue with Android not allowing background updates, so emailed support. Received email reply the next morning that they were working on a fix, and hoped to release the following week. Received a personal follow up email from the developer I'd traded emails with previously when the update was released last night. Amazing!
Great app. Does EXACTLY what it claims with no muss or fuss. The only thing thàt I don't understand is WHY it requires access to photo or other personal files. I can see it requiring storage space for the app (graph and trends data), but why read/write access specifically to USB storage, and personal folders and files like photos and media?
Pretty user interface but obnoxious full screen video advertisements lock up your screen for a few seconds every time you switch to graph view. Graph view is always in landscape even if your phone is in portrait.
I would love to give this app 5 stars, but I can't. There's far too much lagtime, 3 or more hours, at the end of the graph failing to show actual current pressure readings as displayed on the gauge. The flow arrows on the map are often too faint to be seen clearly
This app is great, it does exactly what I want: an easy to record/view/export the barometric pressure values where I am. It measures every hour without fail, and I can export the data for visualization very easily. Also the ads are not very intrusive at all.
Good but could be better. I'm looking for an app that has both a long term record and a barometric forecast (I get weather migraines). I'd love to see this app with a pressure change alert for rapid barometric changes
Show the correct altimeter and barometer. I like this app because it even works by collecting data from internet and shows our position details even if our device does not have a barometer sensor.
I'd be happier if I could pin it to portrait or landscape. It's quite irritating to have it flipping around. It pays no attention to the preference set on the phone.
For somebody interested in meteorology this app is excellent. I particularly like the graph option that records the pressure at different intervals upto 4 weeks.
At time, the graph appears to go backwards in time ... impossible, but it does. Make me question the accuracy.
Cannot get the graph to change to the same measurement (inhg) as the barometer. If I could change this I would rate the app higher.
this app is not reliable frequently you can open up the app the meter goes almost into the negative. pixel XL 3 has a barometer.
The temperature and barometric pressure is wrong. I wanted to see if paying would help but they want you to press "buy" without telling you the price.
Paid to rid myself of the ads. Sorry to say I still have em'. Won't rate again without the ads being removed like the developer claimed.
Very useful for 2 of my phones. Works quite well on old Samsung s4 and new Pixel 4a. Agrees well with 'official ' Internet sources.
Very good, solid app - would like to be able to change units on the graph, tho
I have only used the app for a short time but find the graph feature very helpful for predicting migraine headaches
Like other applications from these developer it is very useful and reliable. Try and use it. There is room for improvement.
I've used this app for the better part of a year to quickly determine the temperature, barometric pressure and my altitude above sea level. It's simple, detailed and fast. In this realm, I couldn't ask for more. I recently upgraded to a new phone and realized that the altimeter function on the app was no longer working. I emailed their support on a Saturday night and received a detailed reply from Jordan of customer support within one hour! Just incredible customer service!
