DSK mToken can be installed on more than one mobile device and it is completely free.
Basic features:
- Confirmation of money transfers ordered via the internet banking DSK Direct and the mobile banking DSK Smart;
- Confirmation of requests for different services in DSK Direct - accounts opening, issuing and reissuing of bank cards, direct debit, activation of 3D password for online payments with merchants and others.
*DSK mToken mobile app can be used without cellular data or Wi-Fi connection (offline mode).

This is the worst app ever. I tryed to register a new phone and it would not let me insert any letters for the activation code, even the code contains letters and digits. I have changed the kayboard on the phone for no avail. No wonder the rates are the lowest pssible.
It doesn't work. I did everything exactly as instructed to have it activated, but after several tries, I still get the message saying that there was an error while provisioning my token. I told this isuue to a bank representative at the branch and they told me that the only way I could get help about this service was by calling their PAID customer service line.
Doesn't work at all. Always displays an error after countless reinstallations and adjustments to phone settings. Not sure if it was even meant to work in the first place... Better to avoid if possible.
I solved my problem myself. I figured out you can't use this app with an app that displays over it, like Iris Mini in my case, which is obviously so for security purposes. The developers should have stated it in the description,though. It would have saved me a lot of time and energy. But the customer support took their time trying to help me, which is nice.
This app is a waste of time. After countless attempts it still refuses to confirm a simple transaction. Even the staff members at the bank had no idea why it does that and could not tell me if I will ever be able to use it properly. It is completely useless and I need to go to the bank in order to make each money transfer.
Please make it work with underdisplay fingerprint sensors. When a prompt to authenticate a transaction is received the numeric pad covers the fingerprint an it doest accept anything but pin....
Terrible experience. The app always shows wrong pin. Contacted DSK support 3 times, they told me to wait and the issue will dissapear but it didnt. Its been two weeks I Cant send payment because of DSK's bugged app. Looks like changing the bank might be the only solution. This app is very disruptive.
The application freezes when launched. No part of its UI works. Restart and reinstallation of the app don't solve the problem.
Terrible app. Works occasionlly and only on some devices. I guess the IT managers don't care since after the countless one star reviews nothing changes for years.
If I could leave yoh with no rating stars, I would! I have been struggling for 3 weeks now with the bank employees, trying to regain access to my account with all the functions I had before. Not only they are playing dumb, but they are not acting as per my requests, messing everything up in my account and also can't put a correct phone number on official documents. The IQ level is lower than 55 points....🤯Find new jobs or start acting like a bank institution!
Terrible app,unable to do transactions and to accept one and the same mtoken pin that was used for previous transactions!Poor customer service too!
I had the same problem, I use huawei. You need to download the app from AppGallery and it works. No explanation why, but this is how it work for me and other comments i found.
Barely works, crashes and freezes all the time, how are you even that bad at making apps
This is the app I hate to use. It never gives me a chance to complete a transfer when I'm abroad. It is good that there are alternatives. I wouldn't give a star. Not for the first time.
The application apparently only works if you have an active registration with DSK Direct. If the bank forces you to use a passive registration (another stupid constraint, not relevant to the app), then you also cannot use the mToken app, and you'll be required to use other authentication methods.
Registration does not work, does not give error code but useless generic error. The Call center is clueless.
Fixed issue with activation? Ok. But it has an issue. With activation.
After phone update, I have to register again.I have to use dsk Direct, but DSK Direct requires mToken confirmation to log in.So now both do not work!
Asking for activation code which is alfanumeric but the app allows only digit keyboard :(

Actually the app is working like it should,so everyone with ROOT - SELL YOUR PHONE!App is protected from this and will not work!

I am a new user to the bank. When I have installed DSK mToken, I couldn't type in my credentials, like the app won't let me do it. Tried installing it again, restarting the application, nothing happens... If you could solve the issue for me in terms of having working fields to fill in, that would be great!
