The app operates quite okay, until the system "crashes". You repeat the same actions again and again-log in, send money, request 3D codes and most of the time... You have to call customer support.. But you have to wait atleast 2minutes, because of the long voicemail. Could be improved.
When message screen pops up its blank. I can't transfer money to a friend if I don't have already existing blank with his/her IBAN. After accepting the transaction with mToken the app still waits for approval. Overall, not something I'd like to use unless it is necessary... If wrong password is entered in mToken, no error messages shown
Too many bugs, it annoys me how often it gives me an error when I go more than 10 transaction back in time, furthermore it annoys me that there are no details about the transactions, like time of the transaction or further details on the place where I paid...
Very user-friendly. For some reason, when I try to make my sign-in with biometrics it just goes into "thinking" mode and then nothing happens. Otherwise - good app
I am beyond content with the application, and everyone working at the bank, complete perfection i am not kidding
Terrible app. Bad design, lacks functions. Doesn't show history operations. Can't be used for anything, so can't say if chashes. Designers, note the purpose of such apps is to send/pay easily, see history, filters working, so no point to fill menu with tens of settings for other non useful functions and services, if the main ones not working. Previous versions were a bit better, at least history seen, but still a lot to improve. Download and see the Reiffeisen eKonto app, great one.
Fingerprint ID is not integrated well. And is not working during the night.
Very complex for initial installation and with many bugs. It will be very difficult to make the application worst or less user friendly. I have issue with the application again and again. The application succeeds to present new and new bugs - yesterday it has a connectivity issues and did not recognize my fingerprint (today it is working again with no action on my side), today it does not want to submit a predifined payments and it shows that the amount cannot be zero where it is 40.00 lv!!!!!
The app has definitely improved since the merge all that is left is some polishing and its pretty much excellent. Loading - almost everything you click has a load icon the speed is decent most of the time but annoying if used all the time. Caching and updating only if the info has changed transaction etc would solve the issue. AMOLED dark mode - The current dark mode is awesome don't get me wrong but an additional option for pure black would be very nice. Overall the app is great.
Everything is pretty good except one crucial thing - sometimes the unavailability during the night... What if I loose my card during the night when I'm out and I want to block it using the app?
So far so good. In the expense report, I would like to see where exactly I used the card. Sometimes is just showing pos expense, whiteout details.
Easy to use. I can log in with just a fingerprint, which I really like. Most functions I want are 2 taps away
Interface isn't exactly user friendly. Functionality is good though. It has everything I need from a banking app except chat support
Only one thing missing for me , easier way to transfer money to foreign banks , like with just e-mail , phone number and name or Iban . Without the need from other additional information.
The app has many issues, starting with more innocent ones, like the slow readings of the fingerprints, which at some point completely stoppedeorking on my oldphone... And getting to a lot more concerning ones, like the app setting up itself automatically on my new phones, without asking me for username and passwords (only required my old pin to log in). I even changed my password online and the app didn't log me out or anything, it kept working just fine! That is really not reassuring.
Where do I start... User interface is clunky, cannot view details about transactions, can't see the whole reason for payment which is of very limited length anyway, very anti-intuitive and unintelligent in some cases. Also maintenance every evening which leads to me not being able to view my transactions?! List with issues is quite long.. but overall once you learn how to get around it gets the job done.

Great application doing what it is supposed to do just right. Great custоmer advice at the bank, too.
This app is absolutely useless. The process of activation is as complicated as the one used for becoming a secret service agent, if not even more. And at the end, after all that nightmare, transferring money is not possible without a token. I almost forget, I had to pay 2 leva to retrieve my username and password.

Overall good, but frequently unavailable at night/late evening, which causes inconveniencies for late workers. Please, fix.
Works very well. My only problem is that sometimes (usually at late hours/early in the morning) I can't access the system. I get an error. But otherwise I love it, very convenient.

Very buggy. So buggy that implementation details leak in the error messages... I can attach a screenshot with a Dependency Injection error message from today... Words cannot describe my frustration with DSK's software. It's so bad the I really want to switch to a different bank.
Absolutely disappointed from fhe very beginning. I am trying for 3 hours to accept the agreement you request in order to register for the new online banking app and create an account. I loggen in BankOnWeb as instructed and could not accept the terms and conditions of the agreement. I lost 3 hours in total maybe going back and forth... This is not a good start for a new customer relationship! At the end of the day the whole process of this merge was done in a sloppy, annoying and unprofessional
I am unable to activate another device. Following all the steps always produce the same error code:9. After contacting the call center their idea was to reinstall the app and try again. The same issue appears again. After the last update there is half month of information on all bank accounts missing. Last info is 28th of February and next one is 18th of March. No info available.
Excellent! Only thing I find not so appealing is the ability to backtrack your spendings. It would've been nice to have a feature like Balance after each transaction, giving the ability to see the exact amount of money at any given point (transaction).
