Online Bill payment screen: Drop-down of account type is not getting open. It really annoying as I wanted to start a SIP and I am totally stuck.
Very Smooth App in terms of usability. I found it's interface much better than that of other AMCs.
After installing and verification then it stuck on step 3 and telling pls install chrome browser (Don't know why this app insists on chrome) but chrome already installed on device. So i am going to remove it.
App used to be good until few days... Now not working, showing error.. please rectify

such a seemless app this is for any transactions. Its way better than other mf's and fintech apps. Edit: I believe u should have an option to generate elss statement within the app instead of redirecting to Cams.

After update not able to open the app
Nice app for mutual funds analysis. Returns of investments presentation is the best. DSP mutual funds update units on new investments next day early morning. I will recommend this fund house to new investors.
Easy to use & comfortable.
Every time I try to login, there is one text field which asks ti enter password. If I enter my password it asks for username and vice versa. What an useless app. Equally useless as the website. Every time I want to make some transaction, I get stuck at one point and then have to start from the beginning again.

Each and every time I am trying to login, the app automatically closes displaying message as "Unfortunately DSP mutual fund has stopped". I have tried a few more times and the same problem persists. I have not been able to even operate the app once after downloading it from the play store.
For me the experience with dsp is excellent. The interface and navigation are very quick and easy. The plans are very relevant for the one who thinks to start investing for the first time.
It is not user friendly app. It gives no information about the investment and transaction, portfolio and other options are not working. It is difficult to download account statement to know the status.
App is not updating though it says new update is available. Reinstallation is also not working.
App is well developed and I am using this from last 2 years and never faced login issue. I seen new feature for login (use phone lock), from the day i updated this as on 26th August 20 and facing the login issue till now. Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.

Faced teething issues earlier but were resolved very promptly on same day. Will explore more for features but initial impressions are good. App seem to score good on experience and convenience.
It was working fine but not able to login this app from last two weeks even after providing the correct pan number and password several times. It is processing but not showing the home page. Please check and resolve the issue.
