This app is awesome! The selection of shoes for the whole family is outrageous! The prices are cheap, and if you sign up for vip membership all orders are eligible for free standard delivery! And the rewards are very easy to aquire, and apply to your order without a catch (which I was initially expecting to run into) unlike most others! I definitely recommend this app! And if there is a few store near your location, you can order online and pick up in store, (depending on availability) 5stars!

It is a nice app but I don't like having to put things in my cart to see the price on some items. Also I had a gift card and it let me apply it but when I tried to add my AMEX to pay the balance it would kick me out. I had to use Paypal instead. Just little things about the app bother me. Other than that everything else was great.

App is great until it's time to checkout. Every single time I go to check out there are problems with the app. Last time it switched my shipping to "standard" which I, of course, didn't notice. Thankfully they came right before I left for the vacation I wanted to wear them on. Unthankfully, the shoes ended up hurting really bad. But I can't take them back because I wore them. I wish I had had time to try them on before I had to pack them.

It kept deleting my items out of the cart I had to keep going back putting my item in the cart it kept adding extra items after deleting all of my other items it would not take PayPal. Since this review things have gotten a lot better I can order through PayPal and my items stay in the cart. Thank you all at DSW for hearing me. I recommend buying here and give them a 5☆

OxygenOS user, if selected an item for a closer look while browsing on an already filtered and sorted list, the app won't return to the list, meaning you have to go through the process of filtering and sorting everytime you want to loon at an item.

I couldn't check out. It could have been bc my app wasn't updated, but that's still pretty pathetic and frustrating. Also, I had issues ordering with the website - it didn't want to let me use my gift card, then after many refresh attempts it let me order but instead charged my cc. I went to use my gift card to make a second purchase, but it claimed my gift card had zero funds. It turned out to be lagging on their system, but my whole online experience with DSW has been a headache

So far I like the app, it was difficult to create a VIP account originally, but once I got that sorted out with customer service I've made two purchases using the app and both were fairly seamless. The default amount of push notifications definitely gets you thinking about making impulse buys more often, but I silenced them and now use the app to price compare shoes I'm already interested in. The discounts offered on a regular basis also make DSW a better source than many other retailers

Checkout is always a nightmare. It never works. Always says my credit card is wrong but it's right. Gets so frustrating sometimes I end up not buying but when it's good, it's good

This app is very frustrating. It makes one enter the same information multiple times, and many times will not process an order. It also freezes often while shopping.

Easy to use. Only had one issue with the app in the past where it removed my cash rewards from my account before the expiration date. Made a call to Customer Service and the representative applied them back to my account.

Seems like they're a lot of glitches. I was just trying to order some shoes and when I clicked the place order tab it did nothing . To place my order I had to back out, go to some other pages then go back to the check-out and click place order before it would work.

Every time I try to place an order I have trouble!! It looks as if everything is entered and ready to go and then when I click on 'place order' it never takes it. I don't understand!! Frustrating every time!!

I love shopping at DSW. It's easy to make selections, view reviews, ship or pick up from store, and exchange if shoe doesn't work. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always get compliments on the shoes I've purchased. Also, I get a great value for my brand name purchases.

Great app! Easy to navigate and to organize what you like. Sometimes issues with payment, especially when adding in a new credit card.

Searching through inventory was a breeze. But checking out was annoying. Had to enter credit card information about 5 times before it was accepted. Then first received another error and then received confirmation of order placed.

Easy to shop. Log in with your account to save favorites, save items in a cart, use rewards, etc. It immediately syncs with updates from a browser. It does NOT let you zoom in on pictures, though. It shows shipping/pickup options for each item, which is a lot to see. It should show you a list for shipping and a list for pickup.

This is the second encounter I have had with website errors when its the last last day of a promotion. I have been trying to order a pair of shoes for the last 30 minutes and continued to get error messages about my address, billing address, pick up person, etc!

I love DSW. Great prices on high quality shoes. I love being a VIP. I had $20 in rewards plus I got $10 off for being a VIP. I just scored Converse for $25. Check out their clearance when you go shopping. Check different sizes. If it isn't in your size you can probably order in your size on line. I wish I had found them years ago. I love y'all!

I had a difficult time trying to checkout. I've been a DSW Member for at least 20 years and I'm not recognized as a Member every time I make a purchase; and I've called numerous times as well. I've had to change my info so many times. And I'm not receiving my Rewards due to these problems.

Payment options always give me trouble. Tried to pay via PayPal and it wouldn't process, tried entering the card number and it wouldn't process, finally tried Google PayPal (all three methods with the same card number) and it finally went through. Simply ridiculous.

Had alot of trouble with the website this time. Asked for address more than once. And it was already entered. Asked for credit card number a couple of times. Usually the card number is there. Same as address. Took several times to finally get my order through.

The website for DSW had an issue where it couldnt process addresses and the customer service couldnt give me any timeframe to expect it to work, but the app accepts paypal which uses its own address system. I was able to check out, but I'm still angry I needed to download the app in order to do so.

Whenever I place an order and navigate to checkout, my only option is to enter a new address. I am never able to choose the address. Once I do it, then I have to choose my name and then when I go in there are a good dozen options: all the same, from every time I've placed an order and had to re-enter.

Had a lil trouble because my shipping address was different. I had to log into my account on the website to change it then wait a bit before finishing my order. I'm glad for this because my shoes would have shipped to another state had this not occurred. Very eady to use. Discounts automatically applied. Love the app

Great app, shows rewards & deals at the top, easy to navigate, fun setup, great organization, visual appearance, and navigation. Option to pickup at local store within 2 hours is fantastic!! Special online codes can also be added so you can double up on coupons or promos too.

The app is quick and easy to use, I love the filter and sort options. I like that I could favorite my picks and easily see my rewards.

My 1st time using app was easy to find what your looking for. I wasnt able to zoom in on the shoe I was looking at but decided against shoe because of the look.

App is so slow, thought it might just be my phone but then my friends have told me the same thing. Always have trouble checking out, then I decide not to get the shoes at all.

Couldn't use the method of payment I wanted. Was trying to use afterpay but it wouldn't go through. Ended up having to use Google pay. Frustrating.

Very easy to use! Like to have all rewards and special offers in one place !
