This app does not work with phones. it is almost impossible to set up in the first place and if you happen to get it to work the camera always says its offline even though it is still working on the tablet it came with.

App does not work on up-to-date Android devices. Tablet they provide has speakers that almost no sound quality. No customer service representatives answering phone calls.

trouble connecting to set up to phone. it worked on my previous phone with no problem. now it wont even connect to set up.

This app only works on older android phones, it doesn't let me connect to my newer android phone.

What junk. What a scam of a company. Main reason I purchased the product is so I could use the phone app. It won't connect. The tablet it came with is beyond slow and sound is so low you can't hear anything. Picture quality I guess is ok.. just have to watch it the whole time to see if your baby is moving. Don't purchase.

It is great so far. I love the features.
