Very helpful. Plus, plus simple. Down side is the communication piece, if you need to talk, or have a question. You need immediate assistance with questions someone might have. I am fine with using it. Just clients I've come across need that support.
App works good but takes all the personality and personal approach out of helping people I don't even know who my caseworker is anymore or have somebody who can help me with personal issues or get me assistance on things that I need in my life like I used to get when I went to the office
This app is convenient, but does experience plenty of technical difficulties. Many times you will find that the app itself is down & you cannot access your information, sometimes this will last for hours, or even an entire day! Other times, you'll get a message saying that your information is incorrect to sign in, even when you're sure it was typed in accurately. Definitely needs improvement! Although I will add that as far as ease of using it, it's pretty simple to understand.
What ever you did recently to this app has messed it up I cannot upload extremely important information it's driving me crazy
Can't even open it. Trying all day but it says technical issues try later.

This usually has always been a great app, but lately it's been acting up. Was trying for a few days to download documents to finish my recertification, but it wasn't accepting them. I followed the instructions exactly the way it said to do it, but it wasn't accepting them. Ended up going personally to the office. Now I'm trying to log in with correct info and it's not working. Called the number and once I put in my info. it says "we're experiencing technical difficulties" and hangs up.. ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
It would be really great if, when I open a document from the activity page, the doc actually opened... Like it is supposed to/used to do just fine. In reality, it says the server can't process request, and then logs me out! It's really inconvenient, and kind of upsetting. This has been happening for months! Please make this problem better, so I can use the app again.
I love it because you can look up the EBT amount you have on your card it's great
It will not let me upload or take photos of documentation they are requesting!

Everytime I put my ss# and year of birth to login, the screen on my phone says, " Unable to connect to server." I don't understand what happened, it was working 2 days ago, I have uninstalled this app several times, then reinstalled it, but it says the same thing when I put my information in!!! So right now I am not giving this a good review until it gets fixed!!!
The level of functionality does not justify the size of this app. There's no option to upload a pdf which is probably the clearest and most precise way to upload official documents. I'm sure the photo option being the only option probably leads to many verifications being rejected based on visibility. Also this being one of the only ways to upload documents remotely and paperlessly, since the website also doesn't work, is an extreme hundred hindering to people's ability to receive benefits.
While haven't tested out much yet, its basic performance to log in and show balance and benefits is fairly SNAPpy, if you'll pardon the pun. Just from login to balance display usually took only about seven seconds on my device. Was using 'Fresh EBT' app before, which shows an old balance from last login (usually stale) above a slow moving progress bar taking more like seven minutes to update the screen to your current balance.
Absolutely the most easy to understand App I regularly connect that has an ease-of-use maneuvering ability which is easy to comprehend. Upon entering my Head-of-household profile, I find I'm quickly connected to up-to-the-minute vital departmental benefits and resource information personal mรจ. Also provided is alternate ways for remaining in touch with various other benefits that which I may qualify that is easy to understand and at my finger-tips to apply for. Thank you!

If you need to check your balance or upload a document it works great. Life and Time saving app. Never had an issue beyond a few bugs caused by my own lack of stable network connection. Simple and practical.
The app updated and now looks choppy and cant send in verifications. It was telling me i had no cash in it when clearly i had a few in my card. ive been trying to send a letter in for two weeks now and still cant! esp now with this update!! You cant send anything out! it kicks you out when you try to take a picture and doesnt show the photo u need to upload. Please go back to the regular app you had, it was great before the update.. Please
This app is useless, I've tried over and over t send in updated documents and pay stubs thinking the info is already sent and reviewed and I'm all set, just t find out much later and in the mail no less that nothing I send is readable. Also the blowback from so many documents being sent by mail to DTA cannot b read by insufficient personnel, so even if documents are sent in on time there's no1 to read them cuz there still going over papers from a year ago, so what do they do..... cancel benefits. There's no need t respond with "We need more info" or.... "contact us" because this problem cannot b fixed, what a shame
For the most part it really works well. shows all mailings from them and confirms that they have your documents and if its been processed. sometimes it does not fully upload your documents properly or at all. but other times it will. easy to find your peraonal information and to update it as needed.
Been trying to send in documents for the past 2 days, and the app keeps stopping. I've tried on multiple devices. And it's the same problem. I also updated the app and it's still happening. Please fix this. Bcuz of this problem, I'm giving it 3 stars.
So far this isn't working. Same issues as others. Error with server message after SS# and Birth year. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. Though in unprecedented circumstances as these I suspect it may be a volume of people trying to use it issue. I will try during off peak hours.
i downloaded this app like i was told to do at the snap office. For 2 days now i have tried to log into my account to upload docs, but i keep getting cannot connect to server message. I have time sensitive docs that need to be submitted i could easily upload them but of course the error message won't allow. FRUSTRATED
App never works correctly, I was only able to log in ONLY 3 times in 1 year period, with hundreds of attempts way to many errors, also not able to upload documents at all. This app is more stressful than helpful. And with offices closed due to covid 19 the app got worse & extremely useless!!! App Needs better updates to make app work correctly. I give 0 stars only gave1 star to leave this review no good at all!! Very disappointing for a government App !!!!
Had trouble signing in and when finally able to I was unable to upload any documents I need to send in. The app continues to kick me off and close down every time I try to upload a document or use the apps camera to upload a document. Not the best update.
Won't work since the update, authentication error everytime. Extremely annoying. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app over and over, and it's done nothing to help...
I have never had a problem until recently. The app is not allowing me to upload any documents. I contacted help desk and was told it was my phone and just a singular issue specific to me, but I have tried from different devices and I've had 3 people try to do the same from their own profile and devices and it isn't working. It's obviously not me if 3 people I know are having the same exact issue. And it's only been since the update because I use this app for EVERYTHING!
