Since I installed the latest update it has been unable to reqeuest a otp from bkk bank when I try to top up. It just hangs at the "Request otp" page. I uninstalled and reinstalled (it had no trouble requesting an otp during install, but hung when I tried to add topup. The older version never had that problem.

It seems the home page on the mobile app never loaded on my phone (Andriod version 10). I added the phone number from one of my family members in order to pay for his monthly bill. After I updated the Dtac app, I need to add him back. But I can not. Please fix the loading issue as soon as posible.

The app is all about advertising & promotion. Complete rubbish. What I want to know is my data usage, remaining, and balance over time. You can find some of the info if you care to search.

We don't want to use this sim also,but the price is cheap than any other sim.....We have no choice but have to use this..... Bad connection ,sometimes ping is unstable.....Etc.....

I'm prefer previously not updated. Coz I have 3 dtac number can check directly with only switch number by apps. Now I need standby all 3 dtac apps and number at 3 phone or if I have 1 phone, I need to change each dtac card when I want check it. I wish can back previous to make easy I use or improved apps for switch number without changing sim dtac

What happened to dtac internet? It works just fine before i updated the app. Now i could not enjoy my internet. My messenger, fb, google, youtube and Netflix runs very slow now.

Difficult to understand, quite expensive as well. You can't assume everything is cheaper here. It's not.

Looks good... But not easy for understand how data packages works. I have prepaid number, and need data package 30 days, but want be sure that it's not automatically renewed... Witch one I have to choose, the "OK Net"???? Tks if someone can answer.

Dtac need to look at OTP after updating the app. If I'm out of the country I can't get a OTP to log in. I don't use Facebook. Maybe offer a further option like email address or second mobile number. I would like to give 5 stars if this issue was resolved.

no option to "Activate SIM" in this dtac app while ais & truemove both can activate new sim card using their own app.

Since v.10.1 'Packages' menu not accessible, diminishing its funtions to a tag to see your balance which cant be used, funny indeed xD

I've been using the dtac sim for 3 months. I bought internet 200 bath for a month.Connection is so slow.

Very bad internet. I packaged every month because I play online game. Before it was good. Now cannot play online games sometime even facebook.Also taking money every time without reasons.Don't refill money.

I cannot stop autorenewal of package that I don't want. When I top up and try to use another package my money already debited by DTAC to buy same package. Nothing in app I can see to stop it.

Useless. This is a statement app. You can't do anything with it other than top up and buy packages or add ons. You can't cancel a package and upgrade to a new package. It gives no access numbers to quickly stop/start, cancel. Once you work out the riddle to the universe and punch in the service code number the automated voice instructions go off on a gibberish tangent offering everything or return to the main menu. Anything to call that service number! I went on line and did all myself.

I loved this app because I can easily refill my account. Suddenly I cannot refill from the app. I've tried my active debit card that is saved on the app and it says "unable to process" even though I can use the card elsewhere. I tried to enter a different active credit card and it also says "unable to process". I only use dtac because it's been so easy for me to refill over the last year, but I'll have to reconsider if this isn't fixed.

When trying to refill the app just freeze. After the refill the money are off the credit card but not showing up on the phone balance. So doing 2nd refill and again the money is off the bank card but not showing on the phone balance. Very disappointing. Not recommend.

It's always difficult to log in, too complicated!! and always take so long. The signal is so bad, even dont care if you pay a lot monthly. They have an option to call to reset the signal, after several times i called. Nothing changed at all!!!

good app to check account and transfer credit but there is a BIG PROBLEM when trying to apply credit to a top up phone!! The opt auto apply does not work. This has been reported 4 times!!! Seriously considering change to another provider.

Can't login: the "receive otp code by sms" just flashes a "loading" screen and then nothing happens. Restart, uninstall/reinstall, etc. did not help. update: so it seems it was just a temporary error due to maintenance; some "maintenance, pls try later" screen would have helped though.

I have had and excellent experience with dtac there app is very friendly easy to navigate and the various plans and choices of speed xcetera are extremely easy to subscribe to all in all it's been a great experience and I will continue recommending them especially for the app

it was good. nicr fast data.. but i wish they had more prepaid options. i had the choice of 3 days 7 days or 10 days only. and they don't send you notifications when you have use half or 3/4 of your data.

Apart from being laggy and full of errors, the new version removes the function to see detailed usage. As a prepaid user, I lose the ability to see how much my balance's deducted and from which service. Very shady move from DTAC.

I remeber i can use cash card on this app now the button doesn't even exist anymore where the hell did it gone to?

The new update is awful. Occasionally fails to open and got to re-add all my loads of numbers 😑

App keep crashing on Z Fold 2 after latest update for no reasons. Unusable at all now.

DTAC mobile internet is sooooo dumb annoying. Keeps on lagging during the game.
