Welcome to the new DTB Mobile APP. Our customers can now enjoy key benefits of banking without having to go to their branch. These activities include the basic functions such as checking your balance, loading a mini-statement, cancelling cheques, update bank information, adding and deleting users on commonly used accounts, fund tranfers and get a branch or ATM's location. In addition the mobile app also facilitates everyday/regular expenses such as household bills and payments for goods and services, including buying Airtime.

Best bank app. Easy to use and glad you take customer feedback; such as when I suggested currency conversion within the app. One more suggestion, you have to allow more than one device. Please don't say "for security reasons". Inevitably nowadays we have multiple devices. You can ensure security by having security authentication from primary device or e-mail, etc. If a customer is careless, even on a single device they still will be.

My money was mysteriously withdrawn by DTB bank via their app in February this year. I followed up with their poor unhelpful customer service contact center team all through February to March. No money has been reverted back to my DTB account. Money within a bank's system is traceable. It can't disappear into thin air. Why they refused to revert my money, no one knows. It's unethical. Beware y'all. This is to respond to the DTB comment below: stop trying to save face.

The app was working perfectly well until this new update. Now even after visiting the branch and getting an OTP and putting a new PIN other app is behaving like I am wanting to open an account and does not go beyond locate nearest branch. It is not even asking me for my PIN!!.... Very frustrating!

This application doesn't work for the last around 2months. It keep asking for code continuously. I visited my branch several times for assistance but it seems they are unable to resolve. If you can't fix the issue just delete it from play store. A very hopeless application.

The best banking app I have come across in Kenya. However, the following areas need some attention; 1) There is a limited/maximum amount of notifications that the app can display. Consider deleting old notifications to make room for new ones! 2) When transfering money via PesaLink, it is not clear a) whether or not to include the 3 digit branch code when entering the account number of the receiving bank. 3) The Forex rates in the app don't correspond to the ones displayed at a DTB branch.

Doesn't work on a tablet. Keeps crashing. OTP code changes are breaking and can't be used with older version of the app.

The latest version top notch. It's surely a nexgen app. There's now tighter security which now includes the convenient fingerprint security as well as a six digit PIN code. The design is up there, very sleek and modern. You now also get a detailed statement. One issue I have though, I am unable to save more favorite payment recipients. I already have 3 but it doesn't manage to save additional contacts

I did send an email yesterday highlighting the many issues I have been having with your app ever since I opened an account with you. I am yet to receive a response. Responding to your customers complaints seem to NOT be a priority in your institution. How unfortunate.

Great app. I would be willing to give 5 stars for less downtime, and the ability to have multiple transactions under one minute. Also more information about why airtime topups sometimes fail. 500k limit per transaction and one million per day limit needs to increase too. Thanks for a great app head and shoulders above the competition.

After downloading the app , it doesn't go all the way to allow me access my bank account. Especially where I am requested to key in the 11 digits OTP code. All the time l put the OTP code, it keeps telling me that it has expired yet that's what was sent to me on my phone number access with.

Very bad..I have made calls sent emails n nothing has been done since November last year still my card is not working.everytime I try it says no card or details found for this account really just the Mobile banking app how can someone use mobile banking out of the country u guys need to be serious.i personally visited the bank before I travelled nothing has been done till now surely am tired of calling u guys over n over..

The app is great to work with. Have used it since launch though had a few learning hitches initially. I especially love the Mpesa direct contacts link that removes the need for copy n paste. One hitch though, exiting the app does not automatically log you out, you have to manually log out. I think this is a security risk esp where one has linked a fingerprint for log in

The new DtB app launched most recently is the worst thing that could happen to a user who heavily relies on mobile/internet based banking. 1st. It does not update the account balance realtime, my app shows a balance of 57kes 3 weeks. 2nd. it does not show the account balance on thr homepage after entering the password, it just searches then goes blank. 3rd. The user experience is rock bottom, in terms of response to commands and user clicks Only Pesalink and account to mpesa works.
