DTDC Smart Warrior 2

DTDC Smart Warrior is DTDC's application, meant to be used by their Field Officers for their efficient task management while on-the-go. This application can be used mainly on the tablet devices. It allows the Field officers to manage their tasks and enables them to adhere to their pre-set work schedule by accessing the real-time status of the list of tasks assigned to them by their managers. Using this application, they can also access all the documents they may need while on the go.Their managers, on the other hand, can supervise their work, assign new tasks and track down the status of their already assigned tasks, using the web application i.e: the administrative panel of the Smart Warrior application.

I love this app. because no matter who gets the mail outta the box and throws only the Good Lord knows where! At least I know what the letters look like, and how many I am hunting for! It makes the stupid game easier for me!

Worst nightmare I had for sending a courier. Their employees don't care for the costumer and after not delivering shipment if you try to call them they won't pick the phone. Lethergetic employee they are having and they are looting on the name of DTDC blue express service which is completely disaster. Would never recommend anyone.

Worst courier experience ever...my pakage was Charged premium rates with assurance of delivery in 4 days from Pathankot to Coimbatore. However the package was delivered on 8th day. It was an urgent document which they handled in absolute unprofessional manner. Moreover ...no name or phone no. of receiver was provided by the customer care inspite of several calls. Package is still untraceable. Neither it was available online. Looking for a legal recourse to sue them for fraudulent conduct.

Their customer service is ridiculously worst. They r not bothered about people's things and least bother to call the receiver. They keep.lying in their office for more than one week and still nobody is bother to deliver then we ourselves have to go secreting for the courier. I hate it. People should stop using DTDC

one of the worst service along with unqualified service people, sent lot of emails, contacted courier services. but no response and no value to customer consignments. these worst service fellows might theft or lost my consignment. these courier service people not yet all showing interest to provide service or response. but they always saying, item not received. i am tired to ask them and i am tired to go to those service centers from 3 months onwards. i hate this worst dtdc service. they have given me lot of pain. in future i will not use this courier service. i heard so many complaints from known people as well. so please take care of your items before you go to dtdc courier services.

Worst courier service that I have seen till now. No reply to phone calls..... not a single phone no given in website of head office of East zone working.my Package already in the city.... But nobody is answering as to when the package will be delivered. Local office also not picking the phone.

Worst ever service.....My father sent some documents which i need urgently from pathanamthitta(kerala) to bangalore(Karnataka) on 18-07-2016 .I waited for 5 days no response.Then i contacted their bangalore office....They have no idea.Then i contacted ernakulam,kottyam & thiruvalla office.At last i came to know that it reached its destination ie kolkatta(West Bengal).Total they wasted my almost 15 days.At last i got one sorry from Aswathy CSS Executive.
