The most horrible experience. It's been 10 days since it's not been delivered. While I check it out, it's in transit for more then 5 days now. The one which I send was to be delivered within 5 days so I send it trusting this DTDC. I have raised a complaint more then 5 times and call up customer care team number as well but to no avail and no reply till now. I don't even know whether if I'm getting to get back the thing which I have send it. Don't ever trust this DTDC again.
This is indeed the worst courier service and I will give the reasons:- 1)They take way more time than what is needed, my courier was in transit for 4 days for a mere 200km and the whole process took 15 days. 2)They don't deliver at your home even if it is in an urban area and makes excuses like "this area is out of our service". 3) Finally when you go and received you package what you get is a damaged and dusty package. My package featured pebbles and sand. Thanks for that.
worst app ever, shows different status than website and dont give an option to contact the customer support. The option to escalate doesnt go any further than otp screen Pathetic courier service and app is worse than their service.
Never thrust this service. My consignment was returned to the sender three times and no action was taken even fater writing to their customer care. Only received automated messages and nothing done from the company side. It is frustrating to wait for about a week for orders to arrive only to be returned without any attemp of delivery. I only downloaded this app to write this review and the review is they don't care for their client.
My order no Z16234712 is out for delivery since days. I or one or the other family member is always home still it's updated as receiver not available. When I call the customer care number either the no is always kept busy ( that's the condition with land line number) or if I am connected to some call I am put into queue each time starting from no 30 and while I jump the lader and reach no 2, 3, or 1 the call is disconnected. The delivery guy has the option of calling if address is not found!!!
Not really useful for me...I need to contact customer service about asking some question by email. But NO any contact method by email, Skype, WhatsApp and etc... MUST call.... Is not convenient enough for me.... For them reply as below is phone number link again. I think their customer service really don't understand what I mean. Funny. I Don't want phone number!
Courier office - they ask to personally collect the package to save on petrol money. No door step delivery for which they take money. They lie customer is not available and never deliver. Customer care - It's a joke. They echo what regional office guy says and package is still not delivered. No escalation process, customer's voice is not heard. They lie about escalating but never do that ( I got no communication from DTDC which means complaint is not registered) Bonus- app doesn't work too
Worst experience ever. Delivery person was shouting at me and telling they were trying to contact me and not getting connected. In fact they didnt tried to contact. My phone was perfectly working and lot of calls was coming. And trying to threaten me saying they will send back my package or else I have to wait 2 more days. This is very bad way to treat your customers / clients. I will never use DTDC again.
worst service possible. they don't seem to bother to respond to either mails neither they have a contact number that is functional. worst experience. should have given a zero.
Very horrible courier service. I have sent a parcel through them. The receiver franchisee marked my courier as delivered by signing themselves as a recipient. When I raised my complaint then dtdc officials keep saying they have lost it and they cannot do anything further. My concern was if they have lost my parcel intentionally then its their job to find it and return to me. I have followed up with dtdc from last 3 months but it went in veins. I recommend not to use dtdc service.
Very bad services of this (DTDC) courier. My parcel has been out for delivery on 2 may but I haven't received it yet. The customer care service is also too worst as i have called them 4-5 times and they are not working on it. Even the delivery boy is not answering. Please don't use this courier service if u want to a parcel safe and fast delivery.
i will not even give one star if it is possible. very horrible experience with this courier service provider. They will not lift the phone how many times I call them,then what is the need of providing their phone numbers on your website and on app. what ever the negative review maybe they simply asks for provide your consignment number but nothing happens.Thanks for your worst service.Dont make it happen to other customers.Thanking you.Improve your Reputation by providing quality in service.
i have been using Desk to Desk courier because they are in my area and it is convenient for me. However the service is extremely poor. they input incorrect status updates such as delivered when it hasnt been delivered. they also mention that the packet has been returned because the area is out of reach when it actually is. Delivery boys from DTDC Bangalore have asked my clients to collect their couriers from their office because they don't have time! Terribly unprofessional service.
Tatti courier service. Never gives home delivery, always have go to pick up my item from their warehouse where after standing in queue for hours they will say we can't find your item come back later. India post is 10 times better than this tatti courier service.
worst courier service. do not deliver parcels on time. their phone number is always unanswered.they never ever care about the urgency or emergency of anything.if some day someone mistakenly picked up your call they will give you some other number to contact and then again you will be on same place. disgusting service.
Worst service... My courier out for delivery since yesterday and when I call agent not picking and disconnecting continuously. End of the day I got message saying the customer asked to reschedule the date... Which really annoying a lot. With this type of agents and customer service DTDC will never grow. Please utilize the technology and be professional.
What a third class app! Remember this is coming from a franchisee who is fed up with the process of stationery orders. The UI is not friendly and lags modt of the times. The backend is irritating and OTP is not generated inspite of repeated trials. Moreover, there is no other process to order other than this app. There is no concerned person to reach regarding the issue
