DTMF

Nice app, UI is a little outdated but it does as advertised. If it integrated with tasker or at least made some sort of system broadcast when DTMF tones were recieved it would be amazing. Especially if it could be done in the background and dtmf macros could be triggered by tasker or shortcut. Lots of potential in this app

Needs more options You should be able to have an option where as the longer you hold down a key the longer it continues to make a sound. There should also be an option in the macros where you can enter the duration of each recorded tone. For instance if I dial "0501#A" I might want the tones of "0501#" to be long, but I want the tone of the "A" key to be a very short burst of tone. There are some devices that actually require this. This should be programmable in the macro options but it is not

The app does what it says it does. And it's pretty much the only decoder I I could find. But as other users have said this app would be heaps better if it was able to interface with tasker via system broadcasts or even if it just outputted to a log file. When you lock the screen the mic stops listening so I could need a way to run in the background hence why a tasker plugin makes more sense.. I had a few numbers register multi times when I had only generated the DTMF sound once..

Probably the best DTMF app on the market here. I've been using it for over a year now and it has come in handy for several projects that require generating and decoding DTMF tones. Would be cool if the designers upgraded it with some extra features. I own several other apps made by Wolphi LLC and they all perform flawlessly.

Very high accuracy in decoding tones, top notch. Better then any other app on the market. Highly recommend. Money well spend.

Absolutely does not send tones through phone... Useless to interface with remote boxes

other apps have choppy dtmf on my s4 . You can adjust tone lenght and pause. the dtmf decoder is not right thouht. I can trigger dtmf with wistle

After others failed, this one worked.

* Does not allow copy-paste (via long-press or any other method), e.g. to paste in a long number for playback, from another app. * Crashes when, in playback mode, the Clear button is pressed while playing back a long macro. I can reproduce this bug, but not 100% of the time: it seems to occur when Clear is pressed while the display is being updated with the current digit.

Fantastic, reliable DTMF decoding. On my LG Optimus V the encoder output volume is next to silent unless a headset is momentarily plugged into the phone after which everything works fine. My only suggestion for improvement aside from the playback volume issue for my phone is to include the ability to trigger an alarm if a predetermined tone sequence is received.

Works better than some of the other apps I tested but hardly ever gets the entire code right, misses some and doubles others, get an incorect digit every now and then, HTC Wildfire S.

EXCELLENT!!! Decoder works great on Samsung Galaxy Nexus (Sprint) and sending dtmf tones has loud enough volume.
