DTMF Decoder

This is a great app, I have never seen an erroneous reading, but it can't run in background, and can't decode short tones. Also the 'start' / 'stop' button is a bit redundant if it can't run in background.

works really well. has a hard time with really fast tones. isnt too aesthetically pleasing but does its job and I havent run into any ads.

Pretty good for slow, solid tones, but misses ones in quick succession. Good enough for a quick test I was running in a quiet room.

I want to give it more stars, I do. But, its not sensitive enough to decode in most situations I have used it. Needs mic amplification options.

It does what it says it does, and it does it well. One of the few apps that does A,B,C, and D. My input is...I would like to be able to copy the alpha numeric characters to the clipboard.

Excellent! Does what is built for, flawlessly and without frills, and all in a small program! Wish more apps were this efficient.

The App does what it says it would do. Very easy app to use. BUT, for 5 stars, the app should be moveable yo EXTERNAL SD memory.

It's not sensitive enough, it wouldn't pick up half the numbers in the sequence.

Doesn't do the super fast tones I was testing. But that probably wasn't the purpose

Recognize the touch tones, so I use this to test my dials, it even recognize ABCD

I want to be able to import my dtmf dtmf tones since this doesn't run in background

pity the application doesnt support multiwindow mode. it would be nice to check what other app is dialing

Does exactly what it says. The sampling rate could use some improvement, though. It starts missing keys when the tone length goes under 250 ms, and that's under optimal volume from a tone generator.

It works! It also recognize a b c d tones, while similar apps cannot.

So far, so good. Even picked up digits on speed dial. No problems at all.

Simplistic but does what is should.

Tested it with actual home phone. Tones must be at least 1 second duration for app to detect.

Very good and high sensetive

Works for individual tone-pairs and no ads seen. However, drops most digits from a DTMF sequence, e.g. from memory dialling, and developer website has been suspended.

Unable to detect a string of dtmf when tested. Picked up 2 or 20 digits incorrectly. Phone was 3 inches from speaker. Speaker was on loud

Only captures half of speed dialed digits. Not helpful for identifying automated misdialed numbers.

Slow and does not identify A,B,C, or D DTMF tones.
