It's the worst mobile network app and mobile service I've ever used. I shows you no updates. Once you recharge an amount, Du will start to deduct it somehow. I lost money with getting a message that I activated some third party services. It was not showing in the app even though it has option to see. I needed to mail customer care for unsubscribe it. Same story happened with next recharge also. You have no option to know the deductions in the app.

The worst mobile operator services and app I ever had! there is no way to check your credit movement on the app and credit just disappears when you are connected to the wi-fi during the night when you sleep, unbelievable!!! tried to subscribe to a bundle 5 times and I couldn't even when I had enough of credit and there was no proper explanation why it's not working... and then after the night I see that some credit is gone and I cannot try again to subscribe to that bundle because of credit lack

I have never used such a waste app and service, I'm on a visit visa and it is about to end I got a msg saying your line will deactivate if you want to increase the days recharge of 49 AED and as soon I recharged on the same day they deactivated my number. When I reached DU office for help they say you can't activate the time is up. This guys just wasted my money. As per my experience I will suggest don't go for this network it's a complete waste of your money and time.

It is the worst experience with DU. I am using Home internet. Initially when i was in the contract speed was good but after one week its terrible. Its been one month now i am having Diconnectivity issue. Speed not good i mean i have called them like 11 times. I visited du office still i didn't get any kind of assistance from du or their technical team. I am surprised how they are dealing with customers. But is was the worst experience ever.

Really not satisfied with the services, most annoying service the internet keeps disconnecting after some times tried to contact them several times but still the issue is same. In the evening around 1700hrs the speed gets too slow even for the mega bundle till around 0000hrs or maybe more.

app keeps crashing especially when you go to different parts and doesn't work smoothly. also if you were in a chat for example waiting in que and then you go to another app or even if the screen turns off while waiting, it all goes away and the app resets. This is terrible really. Even if you manage to wait it glitches and says "sorry! I am facing difficulties...."

When you have issues it takes forever to receive any help from the agents, all they do is apologize and tell you to wait more. I have Wi-Fi problems, and it's been almost 2 months as I wait any kind of help from them. Totally unacceptable, worst experience ever!

Worst service provider I've ever come across. Customer care agents are helpful, but they can only 'email the issue to technical team' and I'm sitting here for almost two weeks without internet - although i receive bill payment reminders on time! The number of times my issue has been escalated (as the agent says everytime I call customer care), it must have reached CEO of Du by now!

Very bad customer service. Had a very tough time trying to disable add on service. Tried to call them many times but was on hold all the time. At one time I was on hold for nearly an hour! Went to their office, emailed them many times, tried calling many times but was still unable to resolve the issue. They kept giving me different numbers all the time, which ended up reaching the same service. Now I'm using another provider which is very professional and prompt, which is how they should be.

DU home internet 199 Dhs is an ever witnessed worst telecom plan I experienced in UAE. This sim card based home internet wifi is totally a failure product by du and I dont advise the same to anyone out of its technical difficulties and poor connection and strength. This product will test the patience level of everyone who bought it. Moreover you will be in a contract which you cannot exit without charge. One should face the trouble and frustation for 1 year once subscribed to this product.

Worst experience from DU team and Du side, My number had been blocked due to renewed EID not provided, but I have sent email to DU with vaild EID and uploaded EID on DU app, still my SIM card was suspended and when I visit DU store ....1 hour waiting time and they asked 69 AED to reactivate my suspended SIM card, it's really strange. I took new sim card with valid EID and it's suspended again with in 2 days, says not submitted valid documents, but I have received DU contract I don't understand.

Poor service, I was using daily 1gb data , even I have remaining 3 days to expired. I received sms your data is expired in the morning. So I recharged 55 which is suppose to main balance but it's goes to 1gb only. Then my daily data credited also after this.now it is totally useless. I try to contact customer service since morning. Use less app cannot pay single bill through it all the time technical faults. And yet they disconnect your line bcz that system is working always. And now you will ask me to share the issue you are having but no need bcz u can never solve it. The issue is cannot type my card number while making payment only 4 digits are typed after no typing.

So bad. Their calling customer line doesn't work for me at all. When you subscribe their monthly data, they keep changing time to credit your account. No way to reach them as well. Poor customer service and services.

Du wifi service and customer care both are worst . I never seen this kind of service in my life . I am keep following with them more than a 45 days about my wife no one technical team resolve this issue beside that they calling for payment which i did not use it . Really du service is very bad. The worst experience I ever had with a telecom service. My credits keep disappearing all the time and whenever I try to contact their customer service they never connect me. Edit: Their customer service finally contacted me and guess what? He refused to assist me with my issue and hanged up the phone while I was talking to him. What a great company. Edit: their tele sales call me every single week to try and sell me a new bundle and it is annoying beyond words

Issue in updating Emirates ID from app from app. Not updating Try many times. And unsuccessful. Even picture is clear. Proper light. Tried by taking picture and uploading picture both. But unsuccessful. In etisalat by first try data updated instantly. But tried in du app almost 10 times or more still unsuccessful.
