du The Entertainer

App has serious issues allowing customers to login. Despite having valid accounts with both Du and Entertainer, this app does not login and does not even allow you to register or even sends an email when you choose the forget password option despite recognizing that email is valid. Don't waste your time and download.

Cannot Login. Cannot create a new account as my email address is already registered. When i request for password change, it says the link has been sent to my mail id, but i haven't received a single mail so far. Hence the rating 1. Kindly fix this so that i can give a genuine rating after utilising the offers on the app.

Du is the worst in terms of absolutely everything from their apps to the supposed service they should provide. Their customer service is clueless about everything and go as far as lying just to get rid of you same when you visit their shops with complaints. I suggest to everyone to go to etisalat not that it's much better but at least they have the decency not to lie to your face.

Absolutely rubbish App. Seems a fraud Application. It has been months I have been trying to get it to work. It shows the DNA of DU which lacks customer satisfaction and probably commitment to only self enrichment. The Smiles App from Etisalat is straightforward and simple. What it offers is absolutely clear and straightforward. It is a shame that DU cares nothing for its customers who are indirectly partners in their successes.

Du! What's the point of offering if this "free" entertainer app if one cannot retrieve their account information, create a new account, or even just log in? This is a failure of basic fundamentals.

I think it has a bug in the system..I can't log on. As I eat bugs for extra protein..this is not a major problem I can't fix...see you after lunch

i have changed my phone and was unable to login, when I click forget my password I don't recieve email to reset the password. moreover Du support is very unhelpful they are unable to solve the issue from last week and so on.

Du proves to go from worse to worse, the app is not working, and you can not find a single announcement from the company confirming that, they used to totally ignore their clients, they are perfect only in collection

they ask you to accept privacy policy and provide no way of accepting it. also you really need to read that policy because it leaves you with no privacy. this seems to match DU main web site in crudity of design and lack of security.

Terrible. Kept bombarding me with ads, but when I installed the app and tried to register,it says "Not Allowed", even though I am using a Du connection!! What a waste of time

No point in wasting a download on this app as there are very few offers for Abu Dhabi, and not much more for Dubai. What's the point if you don't include more offers? Useless!

Terrible service from Du. I was given this as a loyalty reward by Du and it never worked. The Du Helpline conveniently asked me to sort it out with Entertainer company myself. Didn't expect this from Du.

This is the worst app and most probably with the worst customer care services world over. It's not consistent all. speaking to their agents over an issue ends in total bizzare.

Installed and tried so many times to register and login,both options won't work and redirect to webpage to connect to du account,but app won't work.

i was promissed access to du entertainer when i subscribed to my new plan with du (200 GB per month, for 200 AED) but am not being able to register and use the app.

Not for home plan subscribers, even of you spend 500 monthly for past tens of years . I suggest switching to Etisalat as you can earn smiles and get offer bundles. They lack customer service and retention strategies

du just stopped the Du Entertainer from 30th of june 2019 without sms notification, when i called customer service they said that du entertainer will be back but not now, we will receive a notification, very very disappointing

Not able to login. Forgot password is not working. Need to improve overall experience.

very bad. can not logged in. every time showing wrong password, however with the same login id and pswd works on web pages.

i wish i could go with no star. i havent been able to login even after so long from my contract and du customer service is very irresponsible. very very dissappointed

ive upgraded my du entertainer to the current and i regret it. i dont know if the partner restaurants lessen or what bec there are fewer choices now with the 2019 app 👎👎👎

Worst app I have used in UAE.. I couldn't register on it .. I have trying to register from 2 days but the server is down .. it's better to remove it from play store I have uninstalled it and I'm sorry to install for 2 days on my mobile

My normal Entertainer app is linked to someone else, we both use Du and both of us access the same Du Entertainer account, i.e. with all my details visible - glitch?

Keeps redirecting to the website, even after registering. This app is broken, uninstalling as it's eating away phone space.

no offers are being displayed. only how to use the app. tried to uninstall and register but no use.

Very bad service. I cannot login to the app. And also the live chat response is pathetic.
